While Dani and Kaiya were in town we decided to do a last minute boating trip to Deer Creek. Oh it is always fun on the lake! The kids LOVE it on the boat. Karston is a little hard, but he sure does love it too. We went tubbing and rode the wave runners we borrowed from family! It sure was a blast. All the kids took a turn with daddy on the wave runner and they loved it! Jaydyn drove all by herself. That is so her. Karston didn't want to get off the thing. He would just cry for it. It was such a fun day...I will let the pictures do the rest of the talking =)

We got back from Arizona late Sunday night then left for the Ferguson family reunion on Thursday, the first of July. That is why we brought Dani home with us in the first place because Corey had to work and couldn't make it. Anyway...it was a blast. We went up to Lava hot springs and camped just five minutes away from there. We did a lot of hanging out and visiting and swimming and eating!! Food is the best thing about camping, I think. This was our first camping trip of the year and I always look forward to it! It was weird camping over the 4th of July though. We ended up going to Malad, ID where my uncle lives to watch all the fireworks there. If we didn't do that, we would have got home too late and wouldn't have been able to do fireworks. We just stayed in the trailer at my uncles house. We were all so tired, Saydey girl didn't even make it to watch the fireworks. It's legal to do the cool illegal fireworks there, so it was an awesome firework show. The whole sky was lite up from everybody doing them. It was just different because the kids didn't have all their 4th of July outfits on or anything fun like that. I guess we still have the 24th right?? Anyway, Dani and I decided last minuted to braid all the girls hair in those corn row braids with the beads at the end so we wouldn't have to worry about their hair! Ahhhh, it was so nice not having to do hair for a week!! I wish it would have lasted longer but it was still so worth it, and so cute too.

It sure was good to see everybody that we don't see very much this year! We still didn't see a lot of the family, but it was still fun and nice to get together!! Until next year Ferguson clan!!

We did a lot of fun stuff while Dani was in town. We stayed pretty busy just like we always do when we are together. It's so much fun to have them stay at our house!! One of the days we went to Raging Waters since my family has season passes. It's so fun to go and get together with my sister in laws and the kids have a blast playing and just being with their cousins. I think I have just as much fun watching and playing with them! Never a dull moment that is for sure. The kids all love the water so much!

RoAd TrIp to ArIzOna!!

Yes, we have been missing in action! You can tell SUMMER has came in the Murphy household. Holy cow we have been busy! I LOVE that about Summer, but I also hate it because it goes by way to fast...especially when your havin fun!

First of all, I took the kids to Arizona with my mom and little sister Bobbi to visit Danielle for a week! We had so much fun even though we melted! The drive down there was long because

we had a slight detour...okay a three hour detour because of a wild fire right off the main highway. We ended up going around it on a dirt road for 30 miles going about 20 MPH the whole time. There were about 10 cars going this way, and we were just hoping we would get out to some highway, and we did thank goodness. So it took us 14 hours to get there when it should have only taken about 10.

Here is the smoke from the fire on the highway...there was ashes flying around everywhere and it stunk so bad. We sat on this highway for about 30 min before we knew we had to turn around.

Here we are on the dirt road...we almost hit a couple cows because you couldn't see the road that good from all the dust. We were in the middle of NOWHERE!!!!

We went swimming every other day at Dani's in laws house which was so nice! We just floated and swam all day long! The kids LOVED it. Jaydyn could swim pretty good before we went, and now she can really swim good. She was a little fish and such a dare devil. She didn't wear her life jacket and was swimming all over that pool! She loves the water. Jaydyn was also doing front flips of the side of the pool and off the rock. She was just doing everything her aunt Bobbi was doing!! She is one crazy kid that is afraid of NOTHING!! Saydey was jumping off rocks and doing tricks which was new to her, so she also got more daring!! She is a much better swimmer also, just using floaties. Saydey is awesome at holding her breath under water. She can hold it forever! That is her favorite game to play. Mom, count how long I can hold my breath she would say every other minute! SO CUTE!! Now the little man also loved the pool and swimming. We put little floaties on him and he was kicking his feet and keeping his head up for a little bit. He loves the water just as much as the girls. He loves to get dunked...it doesn't even bother him a bit!! I love that they aren't afraid of water, but it is also scary because they are too daring.

One of the days we took the kids to Rainforest Cafe in one of the malls. The kids LOVED it! They loved the fish, and the waterfall we sat by and all the moving animals! I thought it was over priced and the food wasn't that great, and the service sucked!! But it was a fun experience for the kids, and I am glad we went.

We watched movies and played lots of card games. My kids got all off schedule but it sure was worth it! I can't believe how hot it was. The hottest day was 112 degrees! HOT MAMA!! I don't mind it too much though...I defiantly could live there. It was nice to just kind of relax and just have fun with the kids. Kaiya is so adorable and it was so good to see her. Of course Dani and Corey are awesome too for letting us crash at their place the whole time. We had a lot of fun! On the way back home we took Dani and Kaiya with us so they could come visit and go to a family reunion we had, so we had one full car!! We made it home in about 11 hours.

Too bad this didn't last long. They hardley slept, and Jaydyn and Saydey fought most of the trip. Karston was perfect for the entire trip which was good.

We stopped at McDonald's in Page going to and from. These pics are going home. .

I sure did miss my husband though! That was the longest we have ever been apart. When we got home late that night, Jay had three princess outfits and shoes setting out for Jaydyn, Saydey and Kaiya. He had a huge dump truck for Karston. Shoes for Dani, and a spotless house, a dozen roses and money for me to go get my extensions in. We were all so surprised and I thought that was the sweetest thing Jay did for us. You could tell he missed us so much!! It was good to be home and sleeping in my own bed!!

Thanks Danielle, Corey and Kaiya for letting us stay with you and having so much fun with us! You guys are the best and we sure miss you already!!!!
