Kinsey's First Birthday

Surprisingly, Kinsey understood how to open presents quite well.

This is her much needed bath in the sink after enjoyig her birthday cake. I think this was her favorite part of the the whole party.

She was such a girl at first, sticking just the very tip of her finger in the cake and taking a tiny taste. Then, she decided to go for it with both hands.

Her brother and his friend had to help her blow out the candle.

It's my party and I'll cry if I want to. :)

Since Kinsey absolutely loves to pull all of the kleenex out of every box she can get her hands on around the house; we decided to let her have a ball at her party. We gave her and the other kids kleenex boxes to empty. The adults each had a box and raced to see who could empty their box the fastest. Then, the kids got to jump, throw, and play with the piles of kleenex all over the living room. :)
