Kaleb is now 3 days old, and so far is a great baby! We ALL love doting on him, and even have to fight Alison for a turn to hold him! He's a good, happy baby and tolerates us all loving him very well. We are so happy and feel very blessed to have him in our family.

Happy 2nd Birthday Maxwell!

Max's favorite things are trains, fish, frogs, playing outside, eating junk food, throwing rocks at the river, finding airplaines in the sky, going on walks, play time with Daddy, and of course his blanket.
Happy Birthday, Son! You're a total turkey, but we love you like crazy! Our family would not be complete without you.

Monterey Bay Aquarium

We've been wanting to take the kids here for years, and we finally made it! It was a lot of fun seeing the kids get excited about all of the different fish. They loved it! They especiallly enjoyed being able to touch some sea life.

Trip to Santa Cruz

We had a quick, but fun trip to Santa Cruz last week. Scott had the flu and I had a sinus infection, and we both ended up with pretty bad sunburns, but all in all, it was nice to get away from home. It was also our first road trip in our new minivan, and it was so nice to have plenty of space and be able to stick a movie in for the kids.

This is my 27 week shot. Almost 7 months! Wahoo! Not thrilled that I'm wearing my swim suit, but I don't have another to post.

Baby Lucy

My sister Jill had her fourth baby this past weekend! I was able to be there and watch her birth, along with my other sisters that live locally. It's always an amazing thing to see a new baby enter this world. Congratulations Jill and Jeremy! We're so excited to have a new member of the family!.

Welcome Back Spring!

We had some fun yesterday walking through the field in front of our house and picking wild flowers. It's one of the kids' favorite things to do lately! They found a pile of sand that they also love to play in. I just keep a couple of shovels out there and they are entertained for hours!

A Rarity

It is seldom that Scott and I have a picture of us taken together. Here we are, for documentation purposes! Almost 6 years married, and happier to be together than we ever have been! Love ya sweetie!

Feeding Ducks (Again)

The kids just love feeding the ducks, but actually I think what they really love is when the bread is gone, just throwing rocks in the water. Going to the river has become one of our favorite little family outgings.



Just before leaving, Alison kicked her shoe off and into the water. As you can see, this was VERY upsetting to her! She cried for a good 5 minutes, even after we retrieved her shoe. Scott and I got a good kick out of it...is that wrong?

Another Baby!

We are very excited to publish that we are expecting our third child! Baby number 3 is due one August 26, and I am almost 17 weeks along. We are are pretty sure it's a girl, but won't know for sure until April 1. It is April Fool's Day, so hopefully the baby doesn't play a mean joke on us and not let us see if it's a boy or a girl! We are very excited and feel extremely blessed to have another sweet baby join our family.

Happy (Very late) Birthday Alison!

Our Sweet baby girl turned 4 years old on December 23. She is our little sweetheart, and we have loved watching her grow through the years, and turn into the little girl that she is. Some of her favorite things right now are: playing hide 'n seek, hiding from Max and hiding in general, games, "house", still loves horses, puzzles, riding bikes, throwing rocks, painting her nails, being with her cousins, baking cookies with Mommy, and wrestling with Daddy. She is always making us smile, and is our sweet angel that we thank Heavenly Father for every day. Happy Birthday, My Love! We love you!

I think there's more, but that's all I can think of right now. I must say, my favorite is helicopter! "Mom! Look at all of the hell-hockers!" It's pretty hysterical.

Decorating the Tree

We bought our beautiful tree last night and had a great time putting on lights and hanging ornaments. Max thought the ornaments were balls, of course (and still does), so we have to watch him closely! Anyway, it was a lot of fun. Sadly, we woke up this morning and in the middle of the night, our tree had fallen over. All of the water in the pot had spilled into the carpet and a few of our ornaments broke. It was a pretty big pain to clean up this morning. We still have to re-decorate it. I guess we get to have double the fun!
