Hello again

Hello my fellow followers. I'm slacking again. We moved, the doctor delivered child number 4, my parents left the country, and life has been chaotic for a while now. It's already November of 2012, but I'm not quite sure where the rest of the year went. Sometime in the beginning of the year we thought of looking at houses. We talked to an agent about listed our own home. Then we thought on it while looking at houses all the while I'm uncomfortable and pregnant. Long story short, we started dejunking our home maybe in April or May, emptied out quite a bit of it, walked through our new home the night before I was induced with our youngest, listed our home less than a week later, sold it in less than 2 weeks, offered on the new one, miracles happened all over the place and we moved in to the new home less than a month after selling ours.
In the meantime, not being available to help my parents dejunk as they prepared to leave for their mission to Dominican Republic.
Breathe... Now with 4 kids, trying to unpack as well as keep our new home clean. Kind of seems like an impossible task currently, but I'm trying to be patient with myself (not working too well) as I do a little at a time.
Zac's in Kindergarten, so I walk to school in the morning with the kids, drop off 2 of them. Walk home with the remaining two and try to keep infant from crying because it's long past nap time and I can't seem to find the binkie. Put him down for his nap and try to entertain Jacie after second breakfasts, but when can I get around to cleaning? So I sit her in front of the TV and let her watch a show or two (educational of course) and I attempt to clean the kitchen. Daunting task that is going to take way too long... wait I haven't had breakfast yet... Oh well, quick banana. Back to cleaning... Then Zac is done by noon (luckily I have a friend with whom I trade some "car pooling") so he comes home at 12: twenty something, and that went way too fast.. I didn't even get the kitchen done. Jacie had to go potty and Brigham woke up and needed to eat again and then he needed to be entertained....Anyhow, Zac is now home, so it's time for lunch which is a chore in and of itself... so after we attempt to get everyone something to eat, I try to get Jacie down for a nap. If I can get Jacie and Brigham down for a nap at the same time, then I get to help Zac with his homework. If not, then Raz on the PC gets to help Zac. Why is it that my Kindergartner has more homework than my second grader? At 3:00 we wake everyone up, get Brigham a bottle and walk back to the school around 3:15 to get Benji. Home by around 3:50, but time flies so fast it's 4:45 and I have no idea what to do for dinner. All the while I'm trying to keep infant fed, changed, sleeping, not screaming, and keep the two year old from having any accidents.... I don't even have time for entertaining. Thank you computer and tv for helping me out all too often.
Deep breath...
I think I'm a little stressed. I'm trying to let some things go, because if I didn't I don't think I'd have any hair left. :o) Kinda crazy right now, but I'm grateful to my lovey for putting up with the craziness and for trying to understand what kind of help I need or want from him.
Now this post is way to long for anyone to want to sit and read with no pictures... so I'll try to put some in to keep it interesting. Or I won't get around to it, because something will come up and interupt me. (I'll be lucky if this gets posted.) LOL

Oh so sweet

ANGELS

Zac and I were working on something and he touched something he shouldn't have.

Me: "Zac, don't touch that." 

Zac: "How did you know I touched that?"

Me: "Because I have magic eyes."

Zac: "You don't have magic eyes Mommy, only babies do."

Me:  "Really, why do babies have magic eyes Zachy?"

Zac:  "Because they can see angels."


I had to write that down. It was so sweet.  I love the insight of children. I love their purity and perfection.

What a joyous Mommy moment. :o)

My baby is 1.

My angel girl had her birthday. She is growing up so fast. Time flies.  We gave her an ice cream cone for her birthday party and she loved it.

The weather cooperated and we had the party outside. We had yummy food and enjoyed both family's company!

We took away her binky. She now sleeps without it. (Only took 1 or 2 days). She also sleeps in a toddler bed and doesn't crawl or fall out. Except every now and then.  We took away the gate to the stairs. She loves going up and down the stairs. It makes mommy quite nervous, but she's only fallen down the stairs twice. :o)

Thanksgiving Point

We absolutely love Thanksgiving Point.  We go there quite often. We bought an annual pass and only living 5 minutes away, we totally get our moneys worth. (Of course with the current construction, it takes a little longer.)

So here I took some pics of us at the Tulip Festival.

Sweet baby girl!

Handsome little guy!  They love climbing on the rocks.  They completely wore themselves out running up and down and rolling down the grassy field by the waterfall.  So fun.

My big crawling girl actually crawled the entire field. She started at the top and crawled all the way down to the ampitheater. She made me a little nervous on the hill-ish areas. She started to turn around to try and "slide" down like she does the stairs, but realized that wasn't working.

My studious kindergartener!!  The kids are funny!  They'll complain and complain about their legs hurting while we walk on the path through the tulips, but when we get to the big field, they'll run and run and run.  Then continue to run and climb at the children's garden... where at this time...I'm tired and ready to go. :o)

A few month supply of Cheerios. I totally think Zac should be in a cheerios commercial or this pic should be on a box. :o)

This was our family night activity. Stack up the boxes of cheerios we have and get our picture taken. Sweet huh?  We go through cheerios pretty fast. 

And this was bathtime a couple weeks ago.  She loved looking at her reflection. How adorable. So I snapped these shots.

Here is an attempt of getting a snap shot of all three kids at the draper temple. It was a little too cold and of course you can't see the temple in the background. And the boys had to have their tongues out. Lol. Sweet baby girl won't keep a headband on these days... :o( 

Nearly 9 Months

Jacie is growing. She is a doll, and angel, such a good baby.  What a blessing!!  A couple cute pics.

She just broke through her 2 bottom teeth.  (this last month)  I think she's teething again. :(  Poor little thing. I hate to see her sad and in pain. I love her one dimple... just like her daddy!  I also love her little birthmark nose ring.

 Here are our cuties.  The boys absolutely adore Jacie. They smother her with loves. It is cute, but I do sometimes get frustrated. Especially when they "love" her at inconvenient times. But they do love her!!

The Mona Lisa... Is she getting ready to smile, cry, what is she thinking? Oh, I just love her eyes!

Ok, maybe I'll post. Christmas was fun and good. It is currently snowing and I'm not a fan.  I did enjoy the 8-10" we got the other day because it melted on the roads and was pretty to look at and we built 5 snowmen. (or rather I built 5 snowmen).  The boys just watched me do it.  Then the rain came and washed it all away. :(.  Wow this has been a wet winter.
Jacie is sick and it is so sad seeing her suffer.  That poor little thing. Can I just say, I'm grateful for the priesthood.  Jacob and our neighbor Derek gave her a blessing last night and immediately following the blessing she started talking (jibberish), but she at least was talking. She hadn't said a thing all day, just moaned and cried. Her fever also started going down.  She has an ear infection in each ear and the flu. She is so hoarse and can't breathe well.  That poor little thing.  She is doing better today and I am truly grateful!
Benji just had his 6th birthday and he is loving playing with toys from his birthday and Christmas. Zac keeps asking us if he goes to bed real good, will Santa come again.  Nope... gotta wait another year.  He will be turning 4 in a couple days... so he'll be thrilled to get even more presents. :o)

Here is our Christmas card.  I wanted to send it out, but only got around to a few of them.  Then I was going to email it out, but only sent a couple emails as well!  Good intentions, but no follow through. GRR.
I am excited for a new year. Holy cow, time flies!!  Benji will be finishing K and starting 1st grade. Jacie will turn 1. Zac is finally out of nursery.
