Happy Halloween! From: Cruella De Vil and the Dalmations

We hope everyone had a good Halloween.  We went trick or treating Friday and Saturday.  We will let the girls hand out treats on Sunday.  I am glad we made it through all the walking without any preterm labor.  I was feeling pretty sore after walking about a quarter of a mile.  Weak sauce, I know.  We ended up with a years supply of candy.  One benefit of having multiple children is your candy supply increases.  My work out plan for the rest of my pregnancy:  Little to no activity and polish off the Halloween Candy.  What do you think?  They will need a fork lift to get me to the hospital.  I hope we don't have to make the doorway bigger because we are in a rental.  Can you imagine?  Do you think I would get a deposit back? jk.   Well enough about my exciting life.   Have a good day!

Turkey Apples

I have to say I got this idea from a Family Home Evening a long time ago.  My Aunt Dalone showed us this cute craft, I think.  I am going to use it for Taitem's Fall Party for the first graders.  It was hard to get mine finished because Greenlee kept trying to eat his head. 

Things you need if you want to try it:

1 apple
6 toothpicks
1/2 orange slice candy
1/2 gummi worm
17 gumdrops

I thought they turned out pretty cute!

Pumpkin Patch at Nelson Real Estate

We got invited to the Pumpkin Patch at Nelson Real Estate this year.  We rent a house from them.  They had a couple of really cute clown ladie's that did face painting and balloon animals.  Greenlee had a cat painted on her hand and while the lady painted she meowed the whole time.  (meow, meow, MEOW, MEOW, meow)  It was really funny!
