Day 1

So we are still in charlotte.

Delayed flight. Delayed flight. Awesome meal at chili's.

Board plane. Sit and hang for 2 hours.

Deplane. Book new crazy plan.

Collect baggage.

Carpool with Julie to Biddleville.

Cheers to drinks with great friends.

We are heading to Prague today!

6.5 years ago we went Ina vision trip with our dear friends Jake and Melissa... They felt called to join the church planting team there; we didn't.

3 years ago we said goodbye to them as thy left to serve and we have seen them a couple of times stateside since then but now, today, we board a plane to see them on their turf!

Flowers

My love gave me flowers for a couple of weeks ago and they are still beautiful. They cheer me daily as I stand at the sink to wash....small things that make my day better.

Maybe a boy?

So maybe I'm thinking we could get a boy.......

Celia's First Festival

There were no balloons. No dunking booths. No bearded women ...that we saw ;)..... This festival of sorts is a piano assessment and theory test.

For weeks Celia has been diligently working to perfect her two pieces. This morning was the big event.

She walked alone into a room with an unfamiliar piano teacher, handed over her music, sat down and played. I couldn't be more proud!!
