Happy Halloween!

Mittens from Lalaloopsy. (In case you are like the rest of us who have no idea what that is, it's a newer kids tv show we saw on netflix) They are these cute little raggedy Ann like girls who all have their own animal and baby sister.

 One other girl at school was lalaloopsy as well

 they had a little costume parade and harvest party at Kyla's school today. I love it! All the kids were so cute!!!

 We went down to Burke's Junction in Cameron park and rode the train courtesy of Grandpa and Grandma Cortright. Thanks for the treat and idea to go guys! All the vendors were handing out candy and they had a haunted house, and decorated train. It was great because not too many people were there. Tyler took the girls out again later around pville for round two.

 This little girl on the right totally reminded me of my Niece Nyomi. Her name was Ruby. How cute is she! it made me miss nomie.

 

6 mo. old.

Mia turned 6mo old yesterday. It's screaming by!!!! Having so much fun with her. GO GIANTS!!!!!

Hope Valley

 Hope Valley-photographer's paradise this time of year. amazing day! We wanted to see all the colors and try to get a family photo. I love that Avi is giving the thumbs up sign in this pic. she cracks me up!

 Kyla is really warming up to the camera these days.

 every single little nook was breathtaking. I loved this old bridge and was determined to capture a family pic here. Clearly there is too much sun in all our eyes to get a good shot. Bummer. We borrowed a tri-pod from my Dad, but it was difficult to use with our camera.

 This old red barn was super cool. Another amazing spot. Luckily another guy thought so too and when he pulled over to take pics we asked him to take a couple of our family.  Here are two that he took.

Silver Lake.  The girls had so much fun running around the rocks. They stripped down and got in the water too. Brrr... a little cold, but it was a warm day. Kids and water. Can't keep um out of it! The weather was amazing. I like to call it a WOMB day. I imagine it like the temperature of the womb..basically.perfect.

I'm delighted at how much Mia's big sisters love her. They always want to help with everything. They can be a little overbearing at times, but Mia seems to enjoy it for the most part:)

fall is here

Yay! It finally feels like Fall. I even had to put a sweatshirt on this morning. I love this time of year. I don't know about the rest of you ladies, but I am seriously over shaving my legs and painting the toes...time to cover up and get my snuggle on.  I especially love all the trees changing colors and the amazing autumn sunsets! ahhhh....so long 100 degree weather.

 Mia is now starting to eat rice cereal.She doesn't look too stoked here, but she is:)
