So, Kyle's sister got married on Saturday, and it was beautiful. Gavin and Kiwi got to help. He was the ring bearer and she was the flower girl. They were adorable! See?

Kiwi knew there was going to be dancing, and she was so excited. I told her when it was time she could dance with her dad. Well, she got so impatient waiting for pictures to get done, then Courtney had to dance with Brian, alone. They she had to dance with Steve, again alone. Kiwi couldn't take it any longer. She struggled to get down from me, then took off running to dance with Courtney and Grandpa. She wedged herself between them had an arm wrapped around each of their legs and was dancing. When I pulled her out of there she said "But I'm dancing with Grandpa!" So, when it was FINALLY her turn to do some dancing. I said, "Ok, you can dance now." she said, "I've got to find my daddy!" She was so excited.

Gavin did quite a bit of dancing himself. He looked so cute disco dancing in his tux. However, Kyle took off with the camera so I didn't get a picture of it. We got some cute family pictures thanks to Jamie.

So, Kyle's Grandma has been wanting us to get family picture since the fall. KC and Carrie a.k.a "The Good Grandchildren" got theirs done. She even graciously volunteered Kyle's other cousin Ashleigh to take the pictures. Well, we didn't do it before Christmas like Grandma wanted, but they are done!! Ash is going to clean them up a bit, then I post the final results. But here is the before...

Hello Again

Hi, I know its been a while since I've posted anything, so here's some updates.

Kiwi turned 3.

Halloween was a success, we are stilling working on eating the candy.

We cut down our Christmas tree.

Then we decorated it.

Kiwi is feeling left out about not being able to go to school like all the boys. I told her she has to go potty in the toliet ALL of the time. And that was all she needed to hear, she not at 100% yet, but HUGE improvement. I knew she just needed to decide to do it and she would, the snot.

Both kids are excited for Christmas, Gavin doing great in school and loves it. However, he was still pretty excited when he learn about Christmas break.

Kiwi keeps saying, "Santa's my friend, and he loves me. He bring me presents and he kiss me." She is obessed with everyone loving her and giving her kisses. After the Warner family Christmas party on Sunday, she couldn't decided who loved her and wanted to kiss her more, Brian (Courtney's boyfriend) or Carrie.

Happy Birthday To Everyone!!

Last Thursday my dad got even older, we went over for some ice cream cake, my favorite. We bought him the new Dan Brown?, the guy who wrote the Da Vinci Code, apparently I haven't read either one. But he was happy, and completely useless to my mom all weekend. Your welcome mom :)

Last Saturday we had Gavin and Kyle's birthday party at Toad's. It was a blast! I didn't get many (any) pictures after opening gifts, but we had a great time. They did the race car track twice, which both kids LOVED! And we played laser tag. Even tho everyone cheated and didn't tell me, I had to hold the gun with both hands in order for it to shoot, I still had the second highest, average of hits on my team 21%. You guessed it, we're not hunters.

And Last but not least it was Kyle's bday last sunday. We stayed home all day watched football, and cook a simple version of Thanksgiving dinner. It was sooo good, I love turkey. Kyle said he was happy about his birthday, although I felt guilty about not baking cake, even tho we had cake the night before. And Kyle doesn't like cake, it just didn't feel the same. Anyway, happy birthday to the many in September...David, Vicki, Gavin, Dad, Kyle, Peyton, Grandma and Grandpa. I hope I didn't forget anyone. Just a few more bdays then we can move into the holiday season!

Courtney and Brian very generously gave Gavin swords for his birthday. Yay, for me they are a big hit. The ONLY saving Courtney and Brian from an early grave is that the swords don't make any noise.

Jamie's sister, Katie, was the best sport ever! She got volunteered to come the party with Justin. Thank you Katie, Gavin loved having Justin there.

Thank you everyone who came, we had great time thanks to you. And thank you for abundance of gifts for both Gavin and Kyle. Oh, and a special thanks to Renee, when Gavin brakes his arm on the skateboard, we'll let you help him with his homework. ;)

Happy Birthday Gavin!

Gavin turned 6 years old today. And I just wanted to say a couple of nice things about him. Gavin is very considerate, he makes sure to save candies and other treats with people who he knows like that kind. For instance he saves his M&Ms to share with Kyle, or animals crackers for Kiwi. He never complains when he HAS to share with Kiwi. And he's a wonderful brother, he tries very hard to figure why Kiwi is crying and tries to fix it (although we are trying to teach her to use her words). He's pretty good at taking responsiblity for his actions too. Anyway, for his birthday, my parents came over and had cake and ice cream. We are waiting to celebrate his birthday for next weekend, because Kyle's birthday is coming up too, and is in California this week, so we kept it simple. Here's some pictures...

Our Mini Vacation

We went all way to Salt Lake this Larbor Day. Kyle had enough traveler points that we didn't have to pay for our room. We left Saturday for the zoo, it was great! Then we went to check in our hotel. HOLY DUMP! The carpet had bark chips on the floor! They didn't even brother to vacuum. Which made the rest of the room feel dirty. We went to the Mayan for dinner, which we don't think we'll go back again. The only thing we really liked there was the cheese cake, and they changed it. The next morning we checked out, free room or not, it was crap. So we went to the Hampton Inn, sooo much better. We went swimming in the pool and then went back to our CLEAN room and took a 3 hour nap, it was wonderful. After we went to Gateway, neither Gavin or Kiwi would play in the fountain. We went to Clark Planetarium, which was not as good as we remembered, and saw an under the water 3D movie, which was terrific. The water snakes swam at us, and Kiwi was dodging them. She and Gavin both tried to catch the fish, and pet the sea lion. Gavin of course knew better, but Kiwi was getting fraustrated, way cute. Monday we drove up to park city, took one look at the crowds, and decided it wasn't worth it, since the kids didn't have a nap. It was a great weekend, and just far enough from home, that we felt like we went somewhere, and close enough to say, "If you guys can't get along, we'll just go home, it's up to you."
