Lots of New Adventures!!!!

We have finally sold our house!!!!! We are so excited to move out and to get on to another new adventure. Lance took the PCAT and did really well, we are all so proud of him. The kids are loving having a break for the summer and swimming at granmdas, hanging out with cousins and friends, going to Grammies and Papa's and being home playing games with Dad. We just got back from a fun weekend with the Richey family at a cabin in Duck Creek. It was soooo much fun. We took 4-wheelers and just relaxed and enjoyed each others company!!! Now that the house sold we are slowly moving our things over to Lances sisters house. She has an apartment in her basement that is going to be perfect. It will be super nice having our own space. We are excited for the little baby boy to get here in January and I think Brinlee might even be ok with it now!!! Lance is hoping to apply for Pharmacy School in the next few months and we are hoping to be going to Pharmacy School next summer. Life is so crazy at our house but we are loving the new changes in our lives and consider it our adventure!!!! I know Heavenly Father has a plan for us and I know if we ask for help and do everything we know is right he will guide and direct us to where we want to be. I have seen his help more than ever lately and I am so thankful for that. I am also thankful for the gospel and the direction it gives us. I am thankful for a wonderful husband who takes such good care of the kids and I. I am so blessed to have such happy,healthy, and sweet kids. Life is good and always remember to take life one day at a time!!!!

House for Sale!!!

We put our house up for sale so if you know anyone interested let us know. After we sell we will move in with Lances parents until Lance gets into Pharmacy School. We will apply this winter and then be moving to go to school next summer. The kids are way excited and they want to move in with grandma already!!! I am thankful for my own trials and I know that the ones I have been given now are definately making me stronger!!! I am excited for the new changes that will be taking place in our family and I hope that we are heading the way that Heavenly Father has planned for us. Lots of prayers and temple attendance have sure helped us to know which direction to keep heading toward. I am so grateful for family and the love that they have shown towards us over this last year. We could have not have done it without their help. Braxton is playing soccer right now and loving every minute of it. Yesturday Brinlee took a pretty good spill off her bike. She had a bloody nose and skinned up face. She would not let us take a picture of her. But she is doing good today just lots of bruises!!! Braysen is talking so well now and is such a boy!! He loves to wrestle and be just rough!!! He is about ready to potty train but I think I will let Lance work on that this summer!!! I love my job and all the great people here that I work with!!! Life is good and I am excited for all the changes!!!

It Feels Like Spring!!!

It has been sooooo nice here the last few days that it really feels like spring!!! Brinlee had her 7th birthday and got some new roller skates!!! We are so glad to have her in our family and she really is our little princess!!! Braxton had his Spring Concert the other night for choir and did such a good job!!! He has to take choir so he can be in the drum class he really likes the drum class ALOT more!!! Braysen is just busy but he loves to help whenever we ask him to do something he does it right away for us. The kids have been such good helpers with him and he just loves it!!!! I was involved in the Ten Virgins Play that was written by Kurt Bestor for Relief Society it was amazing!! The spirit was soooo strong and it was sooooo nice to be able to sing again I just don't do it enough!!! Lance is doing great his knee is healing well. He is doing awesome in school and is on track to apply for Pharmacy school in December!!! We have so many blessings right now and I am so thankful for a Heavenly Father that has been watching over us.

Surgery

So it looks like Lance is going to have surgery this weekend!!! Why in the heck does crap all have to happen in threes or my case more!!!! So Braxton had strep throat a couple weeks ago, Braysen got the croup a couple weekends ago, and today Brinlee came home from school with a 102 degree fever. Not to mention the fact that we have to take Lance into surgery this weekend!!! I know it could be worse and Heavenly Father will only give me what I can handle but I NEED A VACATION after this!!! Anyone want to get away and just sleep in a hotel and get room service!!! I AM SOOOOOO tired!!!!!

Lance and his hurt knee

So these past few weeks have been quite interesting with my hubby. So while he was playing in an elders corum game he came down from a lay up and twisted his knee pretty bad. They told him to ice it and that it was probably a bad sprain. So just as it was about healed and feeling better he was at the stake center coaching a YM game and as he was jumping down from the stage he twisted his knee and heard a pop this time. He called me from the church and said come help me out of the car. I told him no you are just messing with me you are fine. So he comes limping in (I felt bad). The next day it was really swallen and did not look good at all. So we took him to the Dr on Monday and he thinks that Lance may have torn his ACL. So tomorrow he gets an MRI and we will see the Dr again Monday and probably schedule surgery!!! I AM EXHAUSTED!!! With working full-time and having a gimpy husband I have had to do alot more!!! I have come to appreciate all that Lance does do for me when he is not hurt!!!

Snow Day

The last day of the kids Christmas break it snowed. Nothing like we got in Kansas but the kids had a really good time playing in the snow. It stayed for a couple days which is good for here!!!! It was so nice to see my parents and Lances family over the holidays we had such a good time being with family. I am so grateful for this past year and all the blessings we have received and I know that it is weird to say but I am also thankful for my trials!!! We have learned alot over the last few months and I am so glad we are headed where we want to go. Lance is going to apply for Pharmacy school next December and then off on another adventure!!! I am so thankful for such sweet kids and our wonderful families who help and support us in all that we do. I am excited for 2011 and look forward to another great year!!!!

Christmas Day

We had such a wonderful Christmas!!! The kids were so happy and that made it all worth it!!! The pillow pets that Santa brought were a hit they loved them. We got to spend some time with both our families. The kids got gifts from grandparents and cousins. What more could you ask for we just had a really nice Christmas!!!
