that's like 5 in a row and another one after that!! anyway, went to Swensens for lunch, had my free ice-cream... *you get a free ice-cream on your birthday if you go swensens, on the actual day itself... applicable only for Singapore citizens, dunno about PRs... yah, bring your IC or bus-pass*... yes, had a great time eating.... had a few messages in the morning, 3 seconds past midnight was the first one, belonging to Jon Ho... Mad, bad timing... 1159 and 38 seconds... *sigh*... sent it to me on the wrong day... haha... oh well, i may sound kinda happy now, but i'm actually very sad... well, it's some personal issue, only a few others know about it... *those who know, pls =X... thanks* yah... *sigh*... not really in the mood for blogging... ... ... ... ... ...

IGNYTE!!!
IGNYTE - have you felt the heat?
IGNYTE was fun fun fun...... and HOT!!! yes, it was a great time and well, i definately love the time invested into it.... haha... so farny, by day, I'm the photographer, by night concert, I'm doing the video... haha... totally cool!!
DAY 1 - Wednesday
today was meant for the SPs and leaders in Passion! ministry... had a real good time... did a workshop - Fan The Flame... we learnt the different aspects of being a leader in Passion! ministry... we learnt about nurturing, the 4 goals of the SP and the different uses of different nurturing tools... yup! we had lunch in between as there were many areas to cover... then after that, we had group cheers... i was in group B and we practically became bees for our cheer... haha... lol... anyway, after all the different groups' cheers, there was a short presentation/ drama by the adults that lead to games... the drama was real cool!!! bro Vincent and bro Kah Fei acted as Anikin and Obi Wan respectively... and using the names, they came out with their own puns... real comical!!! haha... ok... then it lead to games in our groups... it was a great time of bonding as a group and from the different games, leaders such as Brenda emerged from within the group to lead the others to "victory"... or at least finishing the tasks... then Jon Ho and I were leaders during the game to lead the blindfolded group members... we went up the stairs to the third floor, then down the back to the meeting place then back to the chapel... *sounds easy?... try doing it without using words!!!* yah, it was really tough and challenging... then after that, since we were the second or third group back, we went around distracting the other groups... so farny!!! they were like lost sheeps... haha... well, then i went up to the 4th floor Audi to refresh my knowledge of using the video cameras... way cool... then we had a short briefing... then ubrina and i went to meet the other leaders from our section for dinner... they had already left earlier, so we were the last 2 to start eating... yah... then we went back to church for prayer night... prayed with my physical family, then my mum told me to join my extended family instead as my brothers were very distracting... yup! then after that, i went home to get some good rest...
DAY 2 - Thursday
had a whole day of fun and games with my group - group 5... lead by Grace Hoo and assisted by Kymberly Law.... was great, had a lot of fun with my group mates... especially "macho" Mark... who isn't macho at all... haha...jk jk...then had lunch with PGT and Pastor Poh in PGT's office where they spoke to me.... shall not tell you about it... then went off to join my group for the rest of the day... where we had more games... haha... then i went up to serve for video... we had dinner, a short briefing, prayer together as video crew and then prayer with everybody serving, including Jerry.... then got ready in our positions and the concert started!!! it was cool.... or what jAs would say, cool-ded-ness... haha...lol... and yes, the music was totally awesome... not forgetting the vocals... haha, oh yes, the lighting was fantastic too!! yup... Katie threw in a lot of video effects... haha... it was real lively, real hip, real "in".... yeh, then PGT preached and there were quite a number of pple who got saved!!! PRAISE BE TO THE LORD!!! yeh... and there were many pple who responded to the altar call... then as usual... when everything ended, closing prayer said, no one left, but the every one wanted more!!! yah... see, Passion! for God!!! haha... but of course, we couldn't stay over, so they had to stop somewhere... haha... then we had closing prayer before going home...
one more thing... sad thing... was really sad cos i couldn't send my longest known friend to Perth... she's migrating there, and i didn't get to see her for the "last" time... who knows when she will come back? maybe in a decade's time or so??... sigh... really regret not being there...
DAY 3 - Friday
*sigh* last day of IGNYTE... ever wondered why good things come to an end so quickly??!! yah... anyway, was supposed to meet my cell at serene macs at 8am for breakfast, but reached there at 7.30am... *the usaul me, always early* then i sat down and read the Straits Times. before long, the others started strolling in... then we had breakfast, and i left early to take pictures which i had left out the past fwe days... and well, ended up helping in other areas as well... haha... *I"m always ready to serve others and God too!!* =) and well, had morning devotion after all the photo-taking... was a really great time where i brought myself back in time... to the days where i was in DL... and it was a renewal of my spirit just thinking of it... where God was my first love, where as a child, i was more or less, innocent in nearly everything i did, and those were the days where i experienced great revival in my spirit... yah... really, it was really wonderful... then we had workshops... for the morning workshop, i was in Believe it or not! Facts, Fiction or Faith... me?... i choose faith!! we covered a lot on faith vs facts and also, the Da Vinci code, which was definitely fiction!!!! yah... then i had lunch... supposed to eat with my cell, but i ate with Mark, and we talked about......... about something private... haha, shall not tell you what... then we went for the afternoon workshop, It only takes a spark...where we talked about infatuation, lust and love... yah... then we after the workshop, we had a short tea break before the closing ceremony... then, i went up to the video room shortly after it ended and i rushed through the evaluation and feedback form... yup... it was about 5.10pm... had a short evaluation with katie on the performance the other night... then when the others came, we just ended, so katie gave a short briefing and evaluation of every one's performance while i was downstairs waiting for a van to bring our food... at first, i thought that it would be quite easy as you don't have a van, other than the church vans, driving into the church often... yup! so i waited for 10 minutes or so, then, a van drove in and i approached it...... WRONG VAN!!!... then i walked away and another van came in... i went up and guess what.... yup! another wrong van.... then another van drove in and i just went up, and guess what!!! it was the right one... haha.... *so coincidental, my fav. number is 3...lol...* so i paid the guy $90 and took the 30 packets of food to the meeting place, where i got Ong to guard it for me... then i went and ask the video crew to had their dinner... they started first as i wanted to take some pictures..... then i went to have dinner with the other video crew... then i went up to get the other pple serving to have their dinner.... then we went up for prayer with the others serving... and again, the concert started!!! another great time of songs... great time of serving... then, before PGT even gave the sermon, he gave a call for pre-believers to receive Jesus into thier lives... at first, there were only 7 or so who raised their hand to respond to the call... but when asked to go to the altar, there was this huge number of pple who came up to receive Christ as their Lord and savior... it was cool-ded-ness... haha...lol... but yah, it was awesome... God really ministered to the different ones... His presence was there... so strong... yup! then i went up to the video room and then Aik Thong and i began praying... praying that that would not be all, that after the sermon, there would be even more who want to receive Christ into their lives... yup! it was a real cool time!!!
Glory be to the Lord, God Almighty!!! AMEN!

yo! church camp was totally awesome dude... totally cool!!!
yes, I+, the name of the camp... haha, have a lot of farny photos of youths.... my dad said that I spent a lot of time with my family... the EXTENDED family.... haha... well... yah, it's gonna be my last few days in Passion! Ministry... *sigh... gonna miss a lot of friends* that is, unless I go back as an adult leader lah... haha... anyway, as I was saying... I+ was really fun and awesome...
Day 1
went to the airport early in the morning... reached airport at around 6am or so... collected flight tickets and went for breakfast with my dad and bro... *only half the family went* then we boarded the Jetstar Asia Airbus and flew to Bangkok, where some one from our bus was missing and we waited for close to 45 minutes or so before boarding the bus, where we took to Pattaya... well, reached Jomtien Palm Beach Hotel & Resort and checked into our room, where I took a nice *but short* shower before going around to explore and ended up in the ballroom for the official camp opening "ceremony"... haha... was really farny.... haha... oh yah, that was when me and my extended family first met and from then on, were together for the rest of the camp... haha... ok, back to the "ceremony"... really comical, laughed my heart out, a really good way to start the camp... oh yah, in case you were wondering, there were many youths who went for the camp, but these are those who were stuck together - Jas Choe, Jean Choe, Joan, Eloise, Chloe, Hannah, Isaac, Deslen and me... yah... *dunno if I missed anybody out??!!*... yah well, we had meals together, played together during the games, sat together during services, except for Jas, she served for 4 out of the total 5 services!!! haha... well, I have to say, she's real good on the keys... really talented... ok, back to the camp.... *oh my... I'm still on day 1 only!!! ok, we had dinner *oh, this was the only meal that we did not eat together... haha* and then we went for the first service, or what they call "Vibrant Session1"... Pastor Bruce Hills is really an anointed man of God... *oh yah, for this service, (dunno about the others) I was sitting with my dad and bro... yah... anyway, we had service, then we called it a day and went to bed...
Day 2
woke up in the morning, had a quick shower before meeting up with my extended family for breakfast at the lighthouse!!! yes, it was superb.... anyway, we had breakfast together, then went for service together... oh yah, this was the only service which Jas did not serve... haha... yah, had a good "Vibrant Session 2"... then we had lunch together and had our first round of games... we could choose our own activities to do... yah... so we, as a whole batch of youths went for Captain's Ball, where we played with a bunch of chi-alpha people who were like one to two heads taller than us... yah, so they trashed us... haha... oh well, after that, the guys went to play soccer *typical.. haha* and well, Joan and Chloe played soccer too!!! well, the other girls were like sitting in the sun resting... and well, after one round, most of the girls went to Choe's room to rest or chat or something... well, only the guys were left playing soccer, and the only girls that still sat on the floor waiting were Jeannette and some one... can't remember who... and after that, we went to the bowling alley, where Issac, Joan, Chloe, Eloise and Pastor Jeff bowled, and I was watching at one side... haha... then we went back to our rooms to shower and get our things for service... after meeting up with the others, we were supposed to have dinner, but somehow, we were asked to go around to the different dinner venues to entertain the campers... how?... we were asked to sing songs!!! well, so we did, at all 3 venues and at the place with the most number of pple eating, we dragged Bro. Joe along... haha... cool!!! well, Pastor Bea actually wanted us to go around the whole place, but we were too shy... haha.... after that, we had dinner together and went for service together...
Day 3
well, we met up at Choe's room in the morning before going for breakfast together... then in the morning, we had Vibrant Activity 2 where we were game moderators... *actually, only a few youths were asked to be the game moderators, then the guys, Isaac, Deslen and me just crashed and halped out too... actually, I was running all over the place taking photos... haha...* yah.. so Isaas, Deslen, Jeannette, Eloise and me were like in one station together, and Hannah was in another station, next to us... and well, Joan and Chloe were together somewhere else... hm... some one's missing............................................. OH!!!! Jas was in her room studying... *sigh... JC1 pple have their promos soon... All the best (if applicable)*... well after that, we had lunch and next up was service, but somehow, we managed to convince Pastor Lam to let us serve at the children's side, were they would be playing games... yah, and water bomb too.... haha... got soaking wet even when preparing... *forgot who was the one who started by throwing a spoilt bomb at me and caused the others to do likewise...*... haha... had fun helping out... and well, enjoyed it...*like duh....* then we went to wash up and met for dinner together... after dinner was "Pattaya Night Out", where we had free time to do what we wanted to do... some went out with their family but we just "left our families" to be together as youths!!! yah, we went bowling, then we played pool... was fun, really fun... played till late in the night...
Day 4
oh my, time flies.... we had breakfast together... then I went to get my bag pack as we had to check-out at 9am... we had Vibrant Session 5 and after that, there was the closing "ceremony"... after that, we as youths went for lunch together, before hanging at the pool/ snooker room, where we later went to hang out at the bowling alley... then one by one, we started leaving...
yes, time flies when you're having fun... I have to go for the next one, even if I am already in NS, I have to make time to go!!!

well, we met up at Choe's room in the morning before going for breakfast together... then in the morning, we had Vibrant Activity 2 where we were game moderators... *actually, only a few youths were asked to be the game moderators, then the guys, Isaac, Deslen and me just crashed and halped out too... actually, I was running all over the place taking photos... haha...* yah.. so Isaas, Deslen, Jeannette, Eloise and me were like in one station together, and Hannah was in another station, next to us... and well, Joan and Chloe were together somewhere else... hm... some one's missing............................................. OH!!!! Jas was in her room studying... *sigh... JC1 pple have their promos soon... All the best (if applicable)*... well after that, we had lunch and next up was service, but somehow, we managed to convince Pastor Lam to let us serve at the children's side, were they would be playing games... yah, and water bomb too.... haha... got soaking wet even when preparing... *forgot who was the one who started by throwing a spoilt bomb at me and caused the others to do likewise...*... haha... had fun helping out... and well, enjoyed it...*like duh....* then we went to wash up and met for dinner together... after dinner was "Pattaya Night Out", where we had free time to do what we wanted to do... some went out with their family but we just "left our families" to be together as youths!!! yah, we went bowling, then we played pool... was fun, really fun... played till late in the night...
Day 4
oh my, time flies.... we had breakfast together... then I went to get my bag pack as we had to check-out at 9am... we had Vibrant Session 5 and after that, there was the closing "ceremony"... after that, we as youths went for lunch together, before hanging at the pool/ snooker room, where we later went to hang out at the bowling alley... then one by one, we started leaving...
yes, time flies when you're having fun... I have to go for the next one, even if I am already in NS, I have to make time to go!!!
