SOME OF MORGAN'S CREATIONS

 Morgan LOVES to draw and color and "create" things.  I have started taking pictures of some of my favorites to save because I honestly cannot save the actual copies of ALL her work.  There is just so much! LOL!  So, here are some of my favorites from the last few months:

 Really wish I could get this one turned as well. This is the Nativity.

 

And this one she brought to me and said, "Mommy, this is a game. Circle the group that doesn't belong." (I wrote in what each thing was just for clarification.) She is really into doing this kind of thing lately! :)

HAPPY THANKSGIVING 2012

 Morgan wanted to wear her "Thanksgiving Dress" as she called it and her Pilgrim hat from preschool.  Doesn't she look cute?  :)

 

 And then there's Kelsey!  :)  Oh my!  She was not happy that day!

 

 Everyone else was browsing the Black Friday ads, and Kelsey didn't want to miss out on all the fun!

 

 Great Grandma Betty and Great Grandpa Cliff came from Indiana to visit.  Molly and Morgan (all decked out in their princess dress up clothes) really enjoyed sitting and listening to Grandma Betty read stories to them!  I count it a privelege that my grandparents who are nearing 90 are still well enough to be able to travel to see us!  That is amazing!

 

 A tradition at the Hart Thanksgiving is to make homemade donuts in honor of Great Grandma Miller who is no longer with us.  We started this tradition the year before she passed away.

 Well, I guess Cousin Lillian decided Kelsey was babbling too much! :)  LOL!

 

At the end of the night, Grandpa Bob announced he had a big surprise for the kiddos and told us to gather outside.  We were expecting a house decked out with lights.  (He'd been outside quite a bit throughout the afternoon.)  And since they don't usually put up lights, the kids were so excited!  Well, we all laughed SOOOOO hard when the drum roll came and one little bush was illuminated with lights.  One small bush.  It was a riot! :)

One day she made a "stage" for herself and gave us a "concert," making up one song after another while holding the microphone in one hand and "strumming" her guitar with the other!  Too funny!

 Kelsey did not like to keep her ears on!  I got this shot RIGHT before she threw them off!

 

 After Morgan went Trick-or-Treating with Daddy in our neighborhood (while Kelsey and I stayed home to pass out candy), she took it upon herself to pull up a chair and be the official "door opener / greeter" for the rest of the evening to the Trick-or-Treaters who came to OUR house.  And boy did she take that job seriously! :)

We also had a Halloween party earlier in the month at a friend's house.  And yes, they wore different costumes than they did ON Halloween.  :)

A WARM OCTOBER DAY

A couple weeks ago, we had an unseasonably warm October day, so we enjoyed it by playing one last time outside!

 

FALL LEAVES

I am so behind on blogging, so trying to catch up from the past few weeks...

 

One day about a month ago while at Grandma and Grandpa's house, Morgan and Kelsey had so much fun "helping" Grandpa rake the leaves.  We don't have leaves in our yard, so this was a treat for them!
