Finished!

Trish - you need to write about that story on your blog. As soon as I typed finished I thought of my cute nephew Lucas. For the rest of you....I am finally done with my externship at the hospital. I feel like it has been the longest road of my life, but I am truly grateful. I loved working at UVRMC every weekend :). The sad thing is I won't be working as a Pharmacy Tech. I am so glad I did it, and I am a better person and mother because of it. Finances just don't allow me to take that on as a career. I do love it, and I will hopefully keep up the schooling and become a Pharmacist, but until then I will enjoy my new promotion at work. Yes, I said promotion. I am being moved again. I am going back to the sales department, but this time I will actually be selling. Wish me Luck!!!

When I get my camera fixed I will do a huge slideshow of all of the cute pictures you missed.

Oh, and one more thing. I get to go vacation with the whole family in 3 short days. All 22 of us will be together for one week straight in Southern California. Wish us luck on that too. Just kidding. We are all so excited so hopefully I can keep you updated of the progress while we are there. Pictures may not get up though. Let's just pray they do.

No, I am not Dead!

I know I don't have very many readers out there, but for those of you who do...I am still alive. I had every intention of telling you how cool this last weekend was and I had some lovely pictures to share. Let's just say I broke my camera, and your camera should never be placed in the same bag as cream cheese.

Not a Happy Camper

I signed E up for pre-Kindergarten t-ball a couple of months ago. His first game was scheduled for yesterday at 6:30. This little guy has been practicing with his cousins, and it is getting really good. When he got to his game we found out that they really don't get to play any games. They are just doing little workshops and going through stations. Sam & E had "games" at the same time so Uncle Brent took E. Nobody even walked through the stations with Ethan. Brent had to do it. Ethan was so mad and he says he is not going back there. Grandma Myrna called him last night and he was just yelling about not having a game. Poor thing didn't understand why he was getting so mad at her. I had to explain what happened. He is so cute. Anyway, this is the one and only video you will get of Ethan playing t-ball this year, and it is just hitting it against the fence. That t-shirt just cost me $25.
He is pretty darn cute!

Blessings & Birthdays

This is my little niece Dani, and she was blessed yesterday. I think she is looking a little tipsy in this picture and I am not sure what her mommy is feeding her. She is such a sweetheart. I am so grateful I was able to be with her at her very first party. There were a lot of friends and family that gathered together yesterday, but our good friend Python Joe decided to grace us with her presence. I am sorry, but does this really belong at a baby blessing?As you can see, the kids love her. She really is a beautiful snake, but I just can't like them. They had it right next to my face when I was taking a picture, and I screamed so loud. I am surprised she didn't reach out and bite me. This is my little brother Nate giving Miss Joe some loves. Doesn't that just make you want to vomit? I can't even look at it!!! (But of course I had to make sure I got a picture of it). It really was a beautiful day, and we are so lucky to have Dani in our family!!!

Now this brings us to today. Today is June 2, and 7 years ago at 2 am I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. This baby girl now looks like she is 13 some days. Check her out. Isn't she gorgeous? This was in the car getting ready to head out for her birthday party.
We have had a pretty darn good day. Her favorite place to eat is Sizzler. Not sure why, but hey I am here to please today. I got my mom to go with me...so it was me and ma, and six little munchkins. This is the group at Sizzler.Back Row: Tambi, and Mikey Front Row: Sophi, E, Sam, and Keri

This is just Sophi and Sam enjoying their meal. I wish they could see each othe more than they do. These two girls think the world of each other.Next we did a little miniature golfing at Trafalga. They just redid the indoor golf course. It is a beautiful day of 80 degrees and they decided to golf inside because it was all dark and everything was glowing. But get this, the heater was on inside. Come on, did they want to make sure we were sweating whether we were inside or out? The kids did have a ton of fun. I just wish I was blessed with a little bit of patience.
