Rules and Clean Up
To Protect the facility there must be a sponsor for ANY activity at the pool or Honey Hall - this includes weekly church activities. The sponsor needs to CHECK IN and CHECK OUT the people who are using it.
Monday night and Saturday afternoon facilities cannot be reserved - however, if you want to call everyone and get permission from all others, then feel free.
HONEY HALL
-Sweep floor (mop if needed)
-Return things to their proper place (folding tables, pool cues, cover for pool table, etc.)
-Lock all doors
-No skates or balls in Honey Hall
KITCHEN
-Sweep & mop floor
-Wipe all counters & sink
-Take whatever food you bring with you
-Make sure ice maker door is closed
BATHROOMS
-Sweep floors
-Clean vanity/sink
-Clean toilets
POOL AREA
-Replace chairs where they belong
-Wash down all areas where food has been
-TAKE ALL TRASH WITH YOU
-Replace trash bags (under kitchen sink)
-Make sure all toys are out of pool & put away
-Put pool sweep hose back into the water (untangled)
IF GRILL IS USED
-Turn gas off at the wall
-Clean grill when cooled
-Cover grill when cool
OTHER GENERAL AREAS
-Return all balls/rackets to Honey Hall closet
-Make sure fire is completely out, fire pit area straightened
-Turn off tennis court lights
-Put away all rock climbing equipment in their containers
-Return boat, benches to original location, close garage door, turn off lights
PARKING
-No parking on the road in front of the pool, at nearby homes OR on the tennis court (long enough to unload is fine). You may park along the main road in the grass in front of the houses facing the fence. Please make sure your guests are aware of the rules.
