Family Time!

Back in June I was lucky enough to get to go with my brothers family to California! We went went to Disneyland for three days and then to Newport Beach one day. I had so much fun and loved getting to spend such wonderful quality time with them all!!! 

I only brought my camera with me one of the days at Disneyland so I don't have to many good pictures documenting all the fun things we did and saw,  but believe me it was great!  ( I already have to carry around so much extra with this big 'ole belly of mine, I didn't need any other extra weight,hehe)

When we got back to Utah I was able to go see one of my BEST Friends, Sara, in the hospital after the birth of her second child. A gorgeous little girl, Claire! 

 

 

It is so crazy to think that the next time I go to Utah I will be a momma of TWO!!! 

 

 

Utah Baby Shower

My Best Friend from High school, Ashlee, threw me the most AMAZING baby shower while I was in Utah. 

She did a Circus Theme and everything was absolutely perfect, seriously down to every last detail!!!

Get ready to be blown away....

It really was an incredible day, I had such an amazing time! I loved getting to see so many of my friends and family, I truly felt so loved!!! 

I wish I had gotten a picture of everyone that was there (that was the plan) but I am so grateful to all of you that were able to come,  it was a wonderful day, one of the best I can remember in a long time!

NPS Baby Shower

My dear friend and co-worker Sharalyn threw me my first ever baby shower at her beautiful home at the end of May.  It was so lovely and such a wonderful afternoon to spend in Sharalyn's backyard just chatting with friends and eating some delicious food.  I felt so loved, my co-workers totally spoiled me!

It really was such an amazing afternoon and I can't thank all of you enough for coming and making me feel so special! 

I have LOVED working at NPS, it is such an incredible community to be a part of, with so many wonderful and caring people. I can't believe after 5 years my time at NPS is over...:( 

The school will certainly hold a very special place in my heart forever!!!

Wedding in the Windy City

A few weeks ago we got to go to a fabulous wedding in the wonderful city of Chicago!

It was my first time in Chicago and I LOVED it!
Here's how the weekend went:

We got in Thursday night and obviously went to get some good ole' deep dish pizza! Which BTW was delicious and incredibly filling, WOW!  Then went back to the hotel and hit up the swimming pool, which felt amazing. Who knew Swimming while pregnant would be so glorious...(more on that another time)

Friday morning we woke up and grabbed a yummy breakfast and were off for our day of sightseeing!  We walked along the Magnificent Mile then walked down to the lake to go on the infamous Architectural Boat Tour.  I was really excited for the boat tour and it definitely did not disappoint. I thought it was such a cool and fun way to see the city, plus we had great weather to top it all off!

Next we walked over to Navy Pier to check it out saw the expansive lake, I could not believe how big it really is. To me it looks just like you are looking out at an ocean!

Friday night Winship's friend from college TJ, picked us up and took us out to his Country Club for a fantastic dinner!
