Ya know how everyone gets like five of these for their wedding? Well we didn't get one because we had one....but then it got filled with drywall dust which doesn't make very good smelling toast.....it becomes a great fire hazaard though!.....so if you happen to have an old toaster laying around (or need to give away one you got from your wedding) feel free to put us on your Christmas list! :) Ok...yes I know....toasters...hyperthyroidism...not really related trains of thought....but this is hour number six at the library and my mind is beginning to wander....

dooo dooty doo
I know I should be studying pathophysiology or finishing my 25 page paper about drug literature research analysis.....BUT I just remembered something Stephen and I would like for Christmas. A toaster!Ya know how everyone gets like five of these for their wedding? my second post!
Man that first one was just so fun i have to do another! So today's lesson is on the word "cemi" (see previous post by Sarah for our first introduction to the word). I feel it is my husbandly duty to come to her aide and explain why she spells it like that, and how she is, in fact, trying to broaden all of our cultural understanding! Because while you may think that she simply misspelled the word... you don't realize that she was in fact making reference to... 
THIS! Family... meet Cemi Stone.. Cemi Stone.. family. Now that we've all been properly introduced, this is who Sarah was talking about. What you may not realize is that when Sarah isn't filling her brains with immeasurable amounts of drug-related wisdom.. she relaxes by researching the native tribes of the Caribbean islands. A secret passion of hers. In her study of the Taino region she stumbled across this little guy, which is a prominent symbol for the Deity in their culture. The three points are especially interesting. She had theorized that the truth of the God head was once known in that civilization as demonstrated by the ancient symbol, however the belief was lost in the apostasy. Still.. another example of the truth. And it is this lost truth.. that has inspired her to change the way to spell 'semi' in an effort to enlighten all of us! That..... or she just never knew how to spell Semi-truck. ..... the world may never know....

A little update on life lately...
Stephen had a birthday and he now has a fly fishing pole! 
This is me and some of my fraternity friends at the ice skating rink. My friend Leslie and I had our lovers make us dinner while we ice skated (they didn't think ice skating was their thing). They wouldn't tell us what they were making and we came home to find....ton kat su! SO GOOD! I love it when men cook!
This is my best buddy Jenna and me working our magic at our Halloween fish pond! UW does a safe treat program that allows all the little kids to trick or treat to different booths in the Union. We decided to spice up the trick-or-treating a little bit. I'm a cat by the way. :)
I had a whole bunch of friends come down for the UW vs. BYU game! We all went out to eat at El Zarape which was DELICIOUS. Tammy and David came with us to. Good thing the food was good, because the game was quite the disappointment.
Ahh Nikki! Basically my favorite person in the world!
And these lovely ladies are my highschool dance team buddies. Two of them are prego (the ones in the middle). This is after one of their baby showers. YAY babies!
