McKay still loves to dress up in his fireman costume. He is ready to go fight fires in his shiny red fire engine and he's got all the gear he needs. 

        

Mother's Day

We spent Mother's Day with our friends, the Hansen family. McKay and Savannah re-enacted a version of the movie "Tangled".  That's why Savannah is chasing McKay with the frying pan in the pictures below. I guess instead of stealing a crown, he stole a baby. 

 

Eight-Month-Old Andrew

This precious baby is growing too fast! I must kiss that face at least 100 times a day. 

Two Boys

There are moments when I get overwhelmed (emotionally) by how these two little blessings have brought me so much joy. I find myself saying, "I can't believe I have two boys," quite often. They are growing so fast and I know these moments where I can just sit and take pictures of them are fleeting. I am so grateful to be the mother of these two boys!

McKay is FOUR!!!!

The best way to start out a birthday is with your favorite breakfast. For McKay, this would mean cinnamon-sugar crepes, made by Dad. It's an extra special day to be able to eat off the "You are special today" plate. But we added McKay's favorite super-hero plate for that extra special touch.

 

Birthday presents! 

The biggest present wasn't wrapped, but was waiting, carefully hidden, in the garage.

A Geo-Trax train set, Spiderman Mega-Blocks and his very own Jeep were his favorite presents.

McKay requested a Spiderman cake and I did my best to impress him. I think he was pleased. We had a birthday party in our backyard complete with a bounce house and invited lots of new friends.

Andrew didn't miss out on all the fun. 

He was totally happy being able to play with the balloons.

We also celebrated his birthday at TRAFALGA, a little fun center close to home. The Wrigley family joined us for a fun night.
