Work

Once again, I’ve had my camera at work and I always say to myself, because there are so many of them, “don’t take pictures of Common Green Shieldbugs” however when I see them, I can’t help myself and take pictures anyway.

Burdon Moor

At the end of last month my wife and I had a walk around Burdon Moor as Whinchats had been seen. There was a family group of Stonechats flying around and as one bird was silhouetted against the sky it wasn’t until I got the images on the computer that I realised I had photographed a Whinchat.

Kibblesworth

A few images from Bowes Valley Nature Reserve (Kibblesworth Brick Works) toward the end of last month. For all the weather was dry and bright while we were there, there weren’t many dragonflies around which was a bit of a disappointment but other things made up for it.
