 Those big brown eyes...and the looks he gives with them. Melt my heart!

Ty is very interested in books these days and spends some time every day looking at them now. It took a long time to get him to sit still long enough to look at them, but it's finally paying off=)

Wacky Wednesday

Complete with: "Wedding shirt and vest", Pajama bottoms, two different flip-flops (and yes it's snowing!), a spider man mask, and a cowboy hat.  He came up with it all himself and was pretty proud of that outfit!

TROUBLE!

 These two boys are always up to something. JD was wearing a sky mask thing rolled up as a headband to play baseball...

 I can't handle that Ty is wearing JD's first TU Baseball shirt already!

 I have no words for this one=)

 And, this one...always looking for trouble! =)

PS...I put the ladder on top of my cupboards so he can't use it anymore and he thew THE biggest fit. He is so dramatic when he doesn't get his way...and his way is trouble. Do you see why I don't sit down and blog very regularly anymore!? =)

My Handsome Little Date...

On Valentine's Day, they had "Mom's Day" for JD's preschool class. So, we had a little tea party to celebrate. JD was way more excited about Mom's Day than I ever expected him to be. In fact, he decided that he should wear his "wedding outfit" for this special day. (By the way, we were pulling teeth trying to get him to wear this for the actual wedding!!). He was certainly the most well-dressed, handsome little dude in the class. He also has the most, um, personality...

That's my boy right there. Love that smile and those sparkling eyes!

He sang along to all the songs and did all the motions. Oh my, we've come a long way from a year ago!

Thinking Spring...

 Our first day of sunny (warmer than what it's been) weather...and our yard has turned into what spring should be...

Snow tomorrow. But, we enjoyed this afternoon and are very ready for spring!

Pack-n-Play Disaster

 I went to my mom's surgery a couple of weeks ago and got a text from Ryan that said: "So, what should the punishment be for cutting a hole in the pack-n-play....

 Yep, JD took scissors to the wall of the pack-n-play to create a "tunnel" to the other parts of his castle.

 ...at least they have fun together=)

 ...But now I don't have something to keep Ty-man contained. Not good...

Pudding Face

Ty has, by far, been my pickiest eater. I tried giving him some chocolate pudding. Surely any kid would like that, right? Nope. Wouldn't eat it. Spit it out in fact. Until I let him try to use the spoon himself. Suddenly he ate it. Hmm, stubborn maybe? (Please note: this tactic has not worked with other foods except for spaghetti. Go figure. It's messy, too!)
