Sleep

Sleep is at the top of two lists in the imaginary files of my mind: Top 10 Needs and Top 10 Most Elusive Luxuries When You Have Little Ones. I find it unfortunate that the two coincide.

you can add to that list, going to the bathroom with the door closed and eating your dinner while it is hot... but I don't think we would love our children quiet as much if raising them wasn't so much work. Time is money and you get what you pay for, those little ones are worth every minute (even if some of those minutes we think we should enjoy with our eyes shut!)
