My sweet Sable as a puppy in 2004.  She was born on November 13, 2003 and moved in with me and Lucy on New Years eve of that year.

Big Ole Girl

Sable weighed in almost 100 pounds at one time.  She weighed just 45 pounds yesterday when she took her last breath.

Get Some Rest This Weekend

My sweet Sable is hanging on for dear life. She continues to lose weight but still a chow hound? Darn thyroid. When she is not following me around the house or yard she is passed out getting some much needed rest.  We hope you have a restful weekend during this most hectic time of year.

Sable Is 13!

On the 13th of this month my little green eyed monster turned 13.  Just a few months ago I wondered if she would last with her hip dysplasia progressing.  I still have to help her up much of the time but she follows me around the house and yard and still seems so happy.  I don't want to let her go. I'm hoping to spend one more Christmas with my girl.
