We took a very quick trip to California this week We spent a day at the beach taking home more sand than I have ever seen on 6 people after reapplying sunscrren a few times Gentry was covered and it wouldn't come off. the next day we went to Sea World and saw the things we didn't see during our first trip which were the polar bears and baluga whales first the kids are always taken by the size of things when they are tis close. polar bear caves we almost had Wilson in it until there was a growl over the speaker he backed up really quick Ethan has no fear and would go in a real cave if he could
I am sure a surprise to nobody but Ethan was nuts at the beach He boogie boarded for the whole time he got a nasty sand rash around his belly button. But he wouldn't stop he loved every minute of it. HE made me nervous because he would go out so far that he was hard to see but he would catch a great wave and come in smiling.
Nate was slightly jealous that we only had one boogie board and he couldn't board right next to him

she looked for shells for forever I think she is still outback in the sandbox looking her ponies didn't last long.

He helped Kate look for seashells for a long time. He would pick up rocks or whatever and try to give them to her.
I asked him if he was a sand crab he replied no a turtle I said Oh a sand turtle he said no a beach turtle and then started saying rib bit as if he were a frog. I guess I need to do more animal sounds.
We went to Mount Charelston for an afternoon the weather was nice and the kids had a great time running/climbing everything in sight
boys will climb and pose and be very competitive as they do both
These two crack me up they found this stump and would sit together or take turns but while they sat they sang songs I guess it was there stage? so cute
This sorta grossed me out it was a tunnel with spiders and stuff and a little stream the kids went through it over and over again they don't care about gross stuff
Kate did a great job keeping up with the crazy boys!
