Any given time especially lunch hour, I will try to make my way to this old dim-lite cafe which serves the best home-made-old-people-comfort-food-styled economic rice. My usual combination would be the
1. Steamed broccoli stir-fried with soy sauce (sometime with baby prawns).
2. Local home made bean-curd with minced meat and salted fish gravy.
3. Loh Han Zhai (Classic Chinese Mixed Vegetarian dish which consists of long cabbage, cloud-ears, button mushroom, straw mushroom, Chinese mushroom, diced baby corn, dried bean-curd, dried tofu skin, carrots and vermicelli).
4. Dried bean-curd coated with soy based meat sauce.
5. Julienne cucumber with minced dried prawns.
6. String-beans stir-fried with diced chicken.
7. A piece of lightly fried chicken thigh or breast coated with the regular cornflour.
8. Some given day, a Chinese Malaysian Mixed Vegetarian Curry.

Well, I had a few of the above ingredients today for lunch, which made Cyclohelix tad happy :D
Evening time was the RPM session, back-to-back! And I have a little hate and love relationship with this roaring lioness instructor. She basically flung us all up in the air with her explosive gatling mouth turret. And at times you can see her motor mouth yapping in silence 'muthafucking' before she bass out the word TURN! It completely thrown me into tatters although my legs were suffering as she still managed to lock-on her eagle-eyed binoculars onto us all, coyly suggesting 'you don't load up, you die' LOL. Madam got my salute, for being one bad-ass commander, not losing to any military camp or prison XD Definitely will not let go of her class! And oh ya, the new RPM 57 tracks made me screamed like a little princess, especially Grey-hound! It's the only track that gave me strength and all my pain gone in an instant. Call it music ecstasy.

So after an evening full of kcals burned, made me wonder where to get that instant crunchy, savory, high-fiber, healthy, low-fat, saucy soy sauced pasta sauteed with thinly sliced chicken ham and mushrooms with mountains of vegetables?
The Secret Recipe Japanese Soba: 1/4 stir-fried buckwheat soba with 3/4 salad blast!
And that made my day just right and night :)
