Brax took a refresher course of swimming for the summer. He hated it! But, now he loves to swim.

OUR CRUISE!

Our cruise to the Caribbean was amazing! Kyle and I went with my sis, her husband, my mom, my dad, Stacey, and Shayna.We went to Aruba, Bonaire, Grenada, Dominica, and St. Thomas. Here are pictures of some of the fun stuff we did. The BEST vacation ever!!

Easter Fun

Lindsay's Prom

Last weekend I helped my sister-in-law, Lindsay, and her friend, Gabby, get ready for their senior prom. They asked me to help with their hair and makeup. I did my best but they both looked gorgeous!

Mr. and Mrs. Laugen

Pete and Stef tied the knot on Friday. Yay! They got married at the Double Tree Resort in Scottsdale. Stef was absolutely beautiful, as you can see. We spent pretty much the whole day celebrating with Stef and "the girls" and then got a room for the night. Everything went perfect and we had so much fun. Congrats Pete and Stef! We love you.

Stef's Bachelorette Party

The girls and I had a fun night out for Stefanie's Bachelorette Party! We started with dinner at Z Tejas and then all piled into a hummer limo. We spent the rest of the night in old town Scottsdale. My girlfriends are so fun. We spent most of the night dancing with each other. I hope Stef enjoyed her last weekend being single=)

Brax's New Favorite Thing to Do

Over the past couple of weeks, Braxton has gotten pretty hooked on extreme tricycle riding. That's right Extreme Tricycling. You know, where you take your 2 year old and let him ride down hills when his feet can't even touch the pedals. He absolutely loves it! We take him to the greenbelt by our house and take him to the top of the hill and let him fly! And thanks to Pop (my Dad), he already has three different tricycles to choose from. He also loves to ride around the neighborhood on my new scotter. Like father like son. Yes, he does take the occasional spill but that sure hasn't stopped him yet. He's a wild one and we love him!

Happy V-Day

Kyle did a good job planning Valentine's Day. We started with breakfast at Chompie's and then took Brax to the playground to play with his new bucket and shovels. Then after lunch we went to get massages together. Kyle asked where I wanted to go to dinner and I wanted Cafe Rio. It's not very fancy but I love it! We had to go to an early dinner because I had to coach a game that night. Kyle was such a good sport and came and watched my game. After my game, we went and got dessert at White Chocolate. It was delicious! Thanks babe, you planned a great day!

Brax's 2nd B-Day

We celebrated Braxton's 2nd birthday on Friday. We made a whole day out of it! He woke up to a new tonka truck, which he drove all around the house. Then we took him to breakfast and he tasted chocolate milk for the first time. The straw did not leave his mouth. After breakfast we headed to the zoo. Brax loves animals so we thought it would be the perfect place to take him on his big day. He had a great time but I think his favorite part was the camel ride he took with Kyle. After the zoo he needed to take a good nap to prepare for his birthday party. Then we headed off to Chuck E. Cheese for a good time. We had lots of family and friends to help us celebrate. Brax was not seen most of the night because he was off playing and crawling around in the tubes. He did make an appearance when it was time for pizza and cake. His favorite animal right now is a fish so I decided to make him a fish cake. After a couple of bites of both pizza and cake he was off playing again. He had a great birthday. Thank you to all his friends and family for all your help. On Sunday we had a family only b-day party for Braxton and Tyler. It was a busy weekend for Brax and he was truly exhausted. Kyle and I are so thankful to have him in our lives. He is a very energetic little boy who keeps us on our toes but he has changed our lives in so many ways. We love you Brax!

Fun at the Park

My mom and I took Brax, Tyler, and Madix to the park last week. Braxton could play outside all day long. He loves the slides.

There's nothing quite like getting away for a week on the slopes. This is us at the Canyons in Park City. We had such a blast!
