The Wickedly Wonderful Mountain Man
Pardon a pity party and some sappiness. I've had a crappy last week or so. My family's been sick, took Macie took the ER for a 3 day long super high fever, was there from 8 pm to 5 am. Yes, that's 9 hours but she's finally doing better. I'm pregnant and tired. Ryan is energetic. Rich has been working some insane, insane hours. I live on the 3rd floor and hate it more and more every day I get bigger. Macie's getting molars. And blah blah blah. Anyways, my husband did the most wonderful thing. He arranged a weekend getaway in San Francisco and got us Wicked tickets. And he did it all on his own. He thought of it, planned it, and made all the arrangements. I never really blog about him so I though it was high time for me to mention how great he is to me. He's super helpful, does the dishes, rarely has BO, works really hard to provide for us, doesn't mind me being a sore loser at game-playing, is a super fun dad, and just takes care of us. Thanks hon. Oh, and he's sporting the Mountain Man look lately, which I like.

Wii may need an intervention
Rich has been working super crazy hours lately which has stunk. So to reward his hard work and my endurance of single momhood for way too long he bought us a Wii. However, who has enjoyed it the most? Ryan. And that's an understatement. He's totally hooked. And actually really good. He legitimately kicked Rich's butt at bowling. And that's pretty good considering the fact that Rich took a bowling course in college:). And the fact that Ryan is 4. And the fact that Rich is not 4.

It's a . . . girl
We finally found out that we're having another girl! We're very excited--I think everyone thought that that's what we were having. I'm happy that Macie will have a little sister so close in age. I bet it will be fun for them until they're like 12 and 14:). We have to come up with a girl's name which has already been difficult. So, if anyone out there has heard of some girl names that they love, let us know. During the whole ultrasound she was super mellow--she just kind of chilled with her arm resting on her tummy. I thought, "Pleeeeeease let this be a sign. Pleeeeeease send us a mellow baby:)." Next challenge--buy a minivan.
