Texas Roadhouse!

Every year we get a gift card from my parents to a restaurant so all the siblings can go out to eat together. The parents then watch all the grandkids while we go! Such a fun tradition!

Yes, Abby joined too :) she is so cute! She wasn't feeling too well and nurses so of course, she came along :)

It was super fun and the appetizers we had- were DELICIOUS!!!

Mary only asked Santa for ONE thing this Christmas- and that was a toy kitten! She was excited to open that!

Christmas Eve

It's tradition that every Christmas Eve we have breakfast as Luckaus and Applonies! Usually it's a girls thing but the last couple years we've had the men with us... Some years it's not exactly on Christmas Eve- and I don't think everyone is there at the same time every year. (This year Scott and Dona were in Australia for Christmas, so Mike and Krisy were the only ones in town)

Every year Lana and Magan give Mary a chocolate Advent calendar- she loves eating the chocolate each day! When all the chocolate is gone - it means -CHRISTMAS EVE!

We, of course, watched the Nativity and Mr Kruegers Christmas - the true reason for the season is our Savior! We are so grateful for Him!

Stars Were Gleaming

I love the magic of the holidays with kiddos! Mary is so fun to watch the excitement! 

It is also neat to be able to teach her the TRUE meaning of Christmas! Our Savior! Check out the video "He Is The Gift" on Lds.org it is amazing! 

Santa brought Mary an early present for Christmas - this beautiful dress! Mary had a SOLO in Sacrament Meeting and did amazing! She set the spirit for the whole meeting and we had a lot of comments- like "she has a voice of an angel!" I am so proud of her for being brave and singing! She sang "Stars Were Gleaming"- it was beautiful! (She only did the first verse!)

I was a major slacker and didn't get Christmas cards out - so this picture is the best we did for a virtual greeting card for family and friends!! 

We dressed Mary back up and got this beautiful picture of her with Santa! I love it!

Sevarg Christmas 2014

Second weekend in December we had our Sevarg Christmas weekend. This year we did it at Miracle Hot Springs. 

It was soooo much fun! We all stayed in the huge dome! 

The kids had a lot of fun together!

Mary had a blast swimming all day Saturday! 

Grandma and grandpa did a craft with the kids!

It was a great weekend!!!
