May

May was another fun-filled busy time! Lainey turned 6 months old and started rolling from back to belly and covering larger distances... many thanks to Bella Brown for showing Lainey how it is done! Lainey and I did a quick trip to Huntington to see Jen, her sis-in-law Jenny, and baby Bella we enjoyed the Beach and good food. John surprised me with a trip to Folsom to see my parents for Mother's Day and I ended up staying until the 20th. Long but good times. We enjoyed two bike rides, chillin with friends, having sushi, making dinner, and seeing good friends. We got home and the next day headed to Santa Barbara for a Funeral then home again. Geez were we exhausted. No more traveling for a while:) We checked out the OB farmers market with some hypnobirthing friends and got some delicious avocados. Our cousin/neice Eva turned one year and we had a great day at the park with her. We were lucky enough to see Jen again and headed to the Rock and Roll Marathon to root on Erika Lude and also got to Rock Climb for a double date. Were always having a good time and enjoying our little Lainey.

April 10-30

Meeting new people and traveling to do it has been happening alot lately. First Santa Barbara, then Arizona, and this time Utah. Luckily we had some time at home before we went to the two weddings in UT. We celebrated Easter with the Krages and had Jen Brown in town. We also enjoyed having Brit and Grant at Easter. Eva and Lainey got matching dresses from Paris(Karissa and Michelle were there for K's school program) We took tons of pics of them but most of them the girls were NOT smiling. Oh well. On the 15th Lainey's first tooth popped out followed by #2 on the 20. We enjoyed time with friends and their new babies before we left for UT on the 23. We stayed with Shea and Cameron Sheiss(John's cousin&wife), enjoyed a wonderful family luncheon before the weddings, met up with John's old missionary comp Kevin that he had not seen/contacted for 7 years!, enjoyed two beautiful sealings at two amazing temples, met up with Sean and Courtney(another comp that was a groomsman), enjoyed a little snow, dancing, rain..and then John went home and I got to stay with the Felix Family. I got to learn how to make watches and bread and got excited for the new basement. The kids had a blast making Lainey laugh and playing around. I also got to see some old friends and enjoyed chillin with them. Thanks again everyone for all your hospitality and the good times!

April 1-10

Conference at the Krages was perfect right before we drove to AZ for a week. John did a week long school and Aunt Kelley, Lainey, and I got to enjoy the Webster Family. We got to see cousin Jarom and a good friend Janae. We enjoyed swimming, the Easter pagent at the Mesa Temple, a yummy shaved ice place, Thunderbird school with its many activities, and good family fun. Lainey turned 5 months old weighing in at 17lbs and rolled from belly to back for the first time.

March

March was a ton of fun! I turned 22 on the 3rd and then we headed to Santa Barbara for the weekend and got to introduce Lainey to some extended Family. Checking out the miniture horses was great. The baby(white) in the photo was 4 hrs old next to mama(brown). I just love dressing her up and taking photos! We were going to send out an Easter card...but life is too busy...I still had a great time with the photo shoot. We got our Phil and Ted stroller and love going on walks, jogs, and rollerblading w/ it!
