Pictures

Hi friends,
It's been over a year since my last post. I'm sure most people haven't noticed but my parents sure have.  I don't see myself being very consistent at this blogging thing in the near future but my dad requested that I just put up pictures. So...here ya go papa-saun.

Happy first quarter of 2013,
Chels

What did you say?

An all to frequent conversation in our house:
O: Can I watch a movie?
C: No sweety not right now.
O: What did you say?
C: I said No- not right now.
O: Did you say yes?
C: No. I said NO.
O: What did you say?
C: OLIVER, I SAID NO!
O: Did you say yes?

He's rather remarkably smart for a 2 1\2 year old. His tactic is to wear one down as much as possible until they are forced to give in. I hate to admit it works more often than I would like. ;)

So Proud And So Big

My little baby is not so little nor does he like being referred to as a "baby" anymore. And to prove this to me this is where I found him when I turned around. It literally took him three seconds to get there. He just started giggling and grinning at me when he saw the look of shock and surprise on my face.
He also had his first "bad hair day"
which reminded me an awful lot of Oliver at this same age.
And last but not least...
my three boys doing the dishes together. It gives a mom a sense of pride and accomplishment to see her children working and playing so well together.

Rebecca Ann

Today we celebrate our little Rebbecca Ann's due date. She would have been three. Someday when the boys are older I envision throwing a big party with balloons and cake and lots of talk about big sister that is in heaven waiting to see us again. But for now Ty and I just quietly remember her and the impression she left on our lives. She turned us into parents and changed me in more ways than I can count. I'm glad I'm not where I was three years ago but I wouldn't change her small and short presence in my life for anything. I really really hope someone asks me how many kids I have today. I'll answer with a firm and confidant "three"!
