Today we took our last trip to the NC Zoo, at least for awhile...

We have packers come on Tuesday, load & drive on Wednesday, & move into the new house on Thursday.  Lots of varied emotions & lots to do... With everything going on, the blog will likely take a good long break.  I might start putting more pictures on facebook, so friend me if you're interested in future Gallahan munchkin photos.

Loving Spring...

Thomas has shot up over the last few months...this one is definitely going to be tall like his daddy!  And finally FINALLY he is friendly with the potty.  Yippee!

Will is looking (& often acting) so grown-up.  He can't wait until kindergarten next year! 

And then there's Maggie.  The boys refer to her as honey bunches, doll baby, sweetie pie... she is one blessed little girl to have such adoring big bros.   

In case you were wondering, our current home is under contract (!!) and we close on our new home in early June.  Lots of changes coming up, & we are excited!

Maggie Wears Hair Bow--Take 2



We've hit a long-awaited milestone.

Our daughter has (maybe) 3 strands of hair on which a bow will hold.

Oh happy day!

I took both boys to be photographed at 3 months, and today was Maggie's turn.  These are my pictures of the pictures, so ignore the quality...

                             I have similar shots of the boys--she continues to look a lot like Will!

Catherine, do you recognize the dress?  Incidentally, if you have never checked out my sister's blog, you should.  It contains cute pictures of her kids & the ongoing story of the adoption process of their next child, a little guy from Rwanda.  AND you can buy adorable hair bows from her to support their adoption--she even makes bows with UVA, W&M, VA Tech, UNC, & any other college's colors.  How I wish my daughter actually had hair...   

While Will is at school, Thomas gets to be the big kid for a change... He enjoys painting (note the decorated face) and playing with all the toys that Will normally hogs.  Since Maggie generally refuses to sleep, she gets to watch. 

 Doesn't she look like Colin?  I think so...

And this is what happened last night when I said Flex...



Will often croons to his sister, "You love me best...yes you do, Maggie...You love me best..."  I would never tell him, but she just might.
