UT baby shower

Home for a good clean shower! We were able to get lots of great things for our little man. He is going to be dressed to impress and wrapped in only the best of homemade blankets. It was so nice to share a short weekend of this pregnancy with my family. That has been the hardest part of living away is that they aren't getting to feel the little man kick or watch my belly grow. I don't have many pictures of my whole family (we are terrible at getting them every trip).

We did go to dinner with all the Bauter Clan one of the nights, my brothers thought their bellies could out grow mine after our yummy dinner. Both Ben and Sam really surprised me with how excited they were to touch my belly and wait for the baby to move. They really loved every minute of it, they're going to be Wonderful Uncles!! Mary of course got the baby a shirt that says "My Auntie is Awesome".

Catch UP! - St. George

In August Mike and I were able to take a much needed vacation and escape to St. George. Now Southern UT in August may not sound like a place you want to be, one of the hottest months in a desert, but the dry heat felt so good, we hardly broke a sweat the whole trip! I got to see my first play at Tuacahn, super fun, swim all day with the niece and nephews, and the Spencer's were gracious enough to have my family over for a day so they could see the early evidence of the baby bump. It was a fabulous trip! We sure miss the DRY HEAT of our home state.
