It's Official
Yup it's OFFICIAL we are moving back to our Home in Sonoma! Crazy how things turn out. We are just sooooo Thankful that we have a house to move back to. Great friends right around the corner. It will all work out. I'm sad about leaving my neighbors here. They have been so great and I have LOVED getting to know them. I will be sad about not having lot's of extra room but seriously it's just the 4 of us and we need to put things in perspective. Construction business just isn't the same and I don't think it will be that good again for a while. We need to do our part so the Lord can do his. And this is something we can do to help along with some other things.
I'm going to TRY really hard to post tons of stuff that we did over the holidays but it might take me a few weeks. Hope your year is going great!

Good and Bad of 2009
I did a similar post last year and I loved it because it made me reflect on things I forgot about good and bad. So here it is. I'll do the Bad first because I like to end with something Positive.
BAD OF 2009
*V learning to unzip and take her diaper off to smear her poop around.... (I know your thinking why wouldn't that make your good list. Well even though I'm an expert and carpet cleaning I just like to be retired from that job.)
*The Bad economy! (especially in the construction, or real estate area... )
*Loosing some friendships. (One friendship gone bad was completely my fault and I've done all I could to make it right and I feel very at peace with doing all I could do to make it right. The rest well let's just say some people are out to get you and are LOOKING for ways to blame you for things that aren't true) No matter what has or hasn't happened, I do miss the fun times we had.
*Grandfather passing away. (Even though I know he is soooo much better off and is LOTS more help with My family and I, it still saddens me to know that he's not around to sing and joke with. He was my biggest fan when it came to singing!)
*My car breaking down more than ever this past year. (That definitely was a bit of a financial burden)
I'm sure I could think of some other issues but none seem as big as the ones mentioned above.
GOOD OF 2009
*S baptism! (That was such an amazing experience. One none of us will ever forget)
*V learning to say Hi! (If you haven't heard her say it then you've got to come by. It's like listening to an angel sososososo Precious)I will try to post a video for those not interested in stopping by.
*Making some INCREDIBLE Friendships with unexpected people. (Some of my dearest friends are older than my mom. Man I love it! They are so filled with wisdom, love and experience.)
*My 10th year anniversary! (I can't believe we actually have been married 10 years! It's been the best roller coaster of my life!)
*V school shutting down ended up being a major blessing. (She is now at a smaller home school setting with only 2 other children with 2 teachers and it's saving me MONEY!!!!)
*S had the MOST amazing Primary teacher! (He just loves her and will NEVER forget all that she has taught him. When he sees her he runs over and gives her a BIG hug and tells her that he loves her!)
*Family that is willing to help out when you feel like you should be committed! (This past year has been a VERY big struggle, financially, emotionally, physically, mentally, and most of it due to our precious angel V. It has been so great having family that you can call and will help you with no hesitation.)
Our family has been blessed in SO many ways. I could write an entire book on the blessings we have received. I hope all of my family and friends had a great year and pray and hope they have even more blessings for 2010! Love to all!
