With Spring Show the last weekend in March, we kicked off April with Line 44 Banquet. Since Kate is a Service Officer, she is in charge of helping with awards and had to make some sashes. It was a family affair for sure!
She found the prettiest dress to wear to banquet, and you'll see it again at Easter.
It was a beautiful night!

We found some time for book club and mahjong. I think I'm getting the hang of this game, but then it seems like something new pops up. No matter what, it's still fun!

We headed to Waxahachie for Easter and enjoyed a family game of Wahoo!
The kids informed me they are not too old for Easter baskets! Oh goodness!
After church and lunch, it was time for a little egg hunt. Yep, they aren't too old for this either!

Brody found the silver egg! Interesting because we NEVER had a silver egg!
April is always fun in College Station because it's CHILI FEST! ABB of course had a big set-up Brody had been working on for awhile, and he was pumped. Unfortunately, Saturday was canceled due to rain, so he only got to enjoy one day.
The final pep rally of the year is senior swap where cheer and drill team swap performances. Lily looked great in a Marquette uniform.
Kate and I had our annual mother/daughter date to the Rosette's Spring Show. It was great seeing the Top Hat girls perform.
Kate decided to play in the Powder Puff game and was placed at Center. She got a bit banged up, but the juniors ended up winning! That never happens! Wahoo!

Tiffany and Josh were out of town on Jackson's 18th birthday, so we decided to do a little something fun to celebrate and filled his car with balloons and lottery tickets. We also shoe polished the outside, but the darn rain came and took some of that off.
Brody was not able to come back for the Tyler Childer's concert, so we bought his tickets and decided to go! I always love going to concerts with Justin!
Brody was busy with formals for Grace's sorority and his org. They clean up nicely!
Brody's formal was in Austin, so they spent the weekend with beautiful weather and fun events.
The month was so full of all things good!
