1st Post in 11 years!

 Well, I completely forgot that I even had a blog. Because my last blog post was in December 2011, I am going to do a family catch-up in a nutshell version. Here is an updated family photo. 

Gabi is now 22. After graduating from Davis High School in 2018, she attended Dixie College for 1 year and ran track on their team. From there she served in the Paris France Mission. Currently she works as the manager at Vasa and loves it!

Mason is 20 years old. After graduating from Davis High School in 2020 (yes that super fun year to graduate!) he began electrical school at the DTC and is working for CR Electric. Mason loves working with his hands so this has been the perfect job for him.

Diego is 18 and is a senior at Davis High School. Diego eats, breathes, and sleeps football. He has played for the last 10 years and it is sad to see it coming to a close. He plays on the O-line and was recently awarded the best O-Line in the region! He is our gentle giant. 

And last but not least, Kylie. Kylie was 3 when I last wrote on this and now she is 14. Kylie loves cheer and tumbling and hanging out with her friends. She is a Kaysville Cheerleader and plans to try out for Davis next year. 

Oh that was close... I almost forgot our furry baby, Rocky. Rocky is 2 years old and this household can't get enough of him.

We chose to get cherry hill passes this year instead of Lagoon. We really got our moneys worth. I think we went at least 3 times a week.

Kylie's 1st day of Guppyschool!

Kylie is going to preschool this year! She is so excited and so ready and I am ready for a two hour break twice a week!!!

Forza Tournamet

Best Coach Ever!!!



This tournament was in Bountiful which was the first thing I loved about it. The girls played so amazing all tournament long. We went to the final game and it was so intense with fouls and penalty kicks and double overtime. We won! Gabi scored in every game during the tournament. She played out of her mind. It was super fun!

My dad is so cute to take the kids fishing. They love it! Today he took Diego to the Weber River! They caught a nice batch of fish.

Baby Maia came into the world

We babysat Alex while they were in the hospital.

Matt and Betty had little Maia tonight. What a doll!! She has so much hair! The only time I have seen a baby with hair like that is Porter. Cutest thing ever. Mom and Baby (and dad) are doing great!

Farmers Market Fun!

Well, the farmers market was meant to put a little extra cash in our pockets and most times it was just the opposite...especially when I brought the kids. This time the boys were dying to climb the rock wall and then they MADE me do it. I acted like they made me do it, but I really wanted to try it. We also got scones, chicken strips, snowcones and bracelets. For sure lost money this week! :) Super fun though and that's what counts.

13 Year Anniversary!

I am happy to say that after 13 years we are still very happily married. I can't imagine a better husband for myself. Esteban is an AWESOME dad and husband and I feel very blessed to have him by my side. For our anniversary today we played tennis (a tradition I hope we carry on forever) and went to CPK for dinner and to rise of the planet of the apes. Fun Day!

Last Day :( Today was a little more relaxing. We shopped a little; we went back to the sand dollar beach and hung out. We had a bonfire and my dad pulled mussels right off the rocks and we cooked them in the fire and ate them. He always keeps thing interesting. :) that night we had a little bonfire down on our beach at the jetty as a family. It was sad that it was already time to go home. We had such a great trip that we will remember forever!
