L's 2nd Contest & A Gift From Glowy!!

Let's start with L's 2nd Contest shall we! This was the runway/music icon inspiration look one. Here's the pic of the look I was TRYIN (operative word!) to re-create.
Shit didn't come out at all!! LOL!! I didn't have any of the right colors. Booo... All the colors in the pic were matte, but the e/s I have in those colors are all Satins. So it came out lookin too Satin-y for my liking. Oh well..... I didn't do any editing to the pics I sent L via email, per her rules (w/ the exception of cropping), but I did edit the ones posted here. Just to brighten the pic, put then the purple (MAC Parfait Armour) comes out looking blueish in the pics. And you can't really see the Green & Light Green e/s (Clinique's Jaded Duo) I used for the bottom of the lid, & for the middle blending. Also the cheek color got washed out. But I didn't have a magenta blush, or e/s either. I don't own a true nude lippie like the color in the pic, so I slathered and smoothed NYX Jumbo EyePencil in Yogurt on my lips, and topped it off with my KissyWear e/s in Natural. LOL!! Check out my fricken lazy eyes in the first pic!! LOL!! One way bigger then the other!! Then again I was doin this at 3 am!! Alright... enough of my griping..... :p

On to other things.... The wonderful, gorgeous, generous GlowChaser (Yasumi) sent me a little package!!! Ain't it cute with the mini strawberry stickers?!! I wonder what could be inside?!

That generous gal sent me a brand new unopened tube of Castledew Whitening BB Cream!! THANK YOU YASUMI!! YOU ARE SUCH A SWEETHEART!! She new that I had just bought the Skinfood Mushroom BB Cream and wanted me to have another brand to try out!

The tube is pretty much the same size as my Mushroom one, so I know that there's a lot of product in it!

Blackout & Party Blues...

My internet is back!! YESH!!! We were without cable or internet for almost 48 hrs!!! Jeez!! I never realized how much I rely on the internet for communication, entertainment, & relaxation, until I lost it!! Thought I was gonna go insane!!

As you know from my texts to Twitter, the above was caused by an island wide blackout that we had on Friday night. Thank goodness for my candle collection!! LOL!! But we got our electricity back after 8hrs or so... but then no internet!! Ack..!! Maybe I should upgrade my phone to one that has a good mobile browser, cuz my phone internet sucks ass.

XMAS Goodies!! (My Best Picks On What I Got!)

As most of you know from Twitter a while back, the bf got me a new camera for Xmas. I didn't use it until Xmas day, because I was waiting for my protective screen guard & case to come in from Ebay! Yes I'm anal about my cameras like that!! LOL!!

So this is my old camera...it's over 4 years old! Looks brand new huh?! That's because I'm anal about my cameras like I said!! No screen scratches or drops w/o a case!! LOL!! Cameras are my life, because of my scrapbooking obsession!! LOL!! This old camera is now in the hands of 'cheese'. I give it 6 months tops in his possession!! LOL!

My new camera!!! Another SONY CYBERSHOT. I was actually looking at some cheaper NIKON & Canon models, but the bf insisted on this.... This is the DSC T700, it has touch screen, 4GB of internal memory (for those times I forget to put my memory stick back in! LOL!), smile & face detection, you can doodle on your pics, view them as a slideshow w/music on the camera, and even view in scrapbook page layouts!! There are a lot more cool stuff, but you guys can look all that up!! hehe...

See how much clearer it is compared to my old one!! *sigh* I love the bf!!

Along with all the great clothes, gift cards, and other great presents.... this is one of the things the bf's mom got me!!! A HARAJUKU bag!! It's soo cute!!! She new I was looking for a TOKIDOKI bag in this same Mini Messenger style, but when she went shopping they were all sold out. So she got me the HARAJUKU... :)

Presents From ELF-L

If you guys didn't know, there is an ELF out there whose name is L. She's a busy little ELF, organizing things, packing and shipping presents round the world, and being a top notch little ELF wifey & mom to boot!! Anywhoo.... In all the hustle and bustle of the Holiday Season, ELF-L took the time to send me a special little package! (no it's not coal! I've been good!! I swear!)

Most of you know by now, that I sent L some Sephora stuff she wanted, and I had taken the opportunity to throw in a little xmas gift for her and the fam. (NOT IN PITY! Even though that's what she wants you guys to think?!! hehe....) Anywhoo... So L starts telling me to keep an eye out for a package being sent my way. Yesterday said package finally arrived. So here we go!!!!

And one that reminds me of the lovely Shisems I got from the FABU Pink! And knowing what a neutral gal I am for everyday EOTDs a cute little e/s palette with great browns!!

December Pretty Pink Box & Goodies Delivered from Santa Mailman!!

If you follow me on Twitter then you know that yesterday I got goodies from Mailman Santa!! So here we go!! I think this is the most packages I've ever gotten at one time!! Mailman Santa looked impressed!! LOL!!

Our next package was one I've been anxiously waiting for. My cute as hell Xmas cards from Alienman!! Girl, I should've ordered more!! These cards are too die for cute!!! Can't wait to see what she designs next!!

She also sent me a little note on a beautiful Oregon postcard. You don't see this kind of color in Hawaii, that's for sure! Beautiful!

Last but not least... My Skinfood Mushroom BB Cream #2 from Ebay!! I got it for $15.99 and it came with a free sample.
Yes, I jumped on the BB Cream bandwagon. No pics of the cream itself, cuz you can see it on KimberlyTia's review. Trust me it looks the same. LOL!! So I used it today. And it was okay.... Put my EDM Sunlight finishing powder over it. Still needed to blot throughout the day, but I have really oily skin. So all in all... it was alright. Maybe I need to try the L'egere one?! Later on I think. LOL!! This is good for the days when I just want a light coverage, but I think I'll use it continually this week just to see how it works out. Otherwise... I'm gonna stick to my mineral foundation for everyday use.

Well that was my package happy day!! Don't we all love days like that?!

XPPINKX DRUGZ Haul & New Hair Color

We all love Pink's the SHIT LIST!!! We know it... So when the gorgeous Pink opened up her store we all jumped on that like CRACK!! LOL!!! I got there too late bein waay ass behind ya'll in time... :(

But for realz get your shit from her here.

So I grabbed up the Naive Grapefruit Cleanser, and of course the FABU SHISEM LASHES that we all see her sport like the goddess she is! And being generous on top of beautiful, she sent me an extra pair!!! So I'm gonna save these until I get the falsie application down!! :)

Now for the hair... aahh.. if you were up late on twitter then you know I was bored sooooo.....

The color is Light Brown.. So exciting huh? LOL!!

So the last pic is what it should end up lookin like... and this is what it ended up looking like!! Really subtle so it' s alright... I needed to dye my roots for real though.... Beware really BAD pic of me coming up!
