Chi O Alumnae Open House

Homecoming Week is coming up and to celebrate the Chi O's are opening the house to alumnae for refreshments and house tours on Saturday, October 1 from 12-2.

House Corp. changes

CHI-O VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!!

At the end of this year, three positions will be open on the Xi Alpha Chi Omega House Corporation board. We need three committed, capable Chi-Os to fill these vacancies. The House Corporation is responsible for the assets of the Xi Alpha Chapter, which really means the house and everything inside it. The House Corporation hires and employees the House Director and Facilities Manager. The House Corporation oversees the budget and expenses of the house. Currently, the House Corporation board meets once a month for a few hours, with summers off.

1) President: Very similar to a property manager.

2) Treasurer: Manages the budget, pays the bills, collects the dues (with the help of Bill Highway – an online collection system), oversees the filing of all tax documents.

3) Fundraising Chair: Oversees and coordinates all fundraising events.

It would be great to have you attend a few of the meetings and slowly jump on board before January!
