Bored...

This is what happens when you are bored after work and you don't want to do dishes, too tired for laundry, and you're waiting for your hubby to be done with video games.

Rolling...

She rolled over!!! Yesterday we were having play time (as you can see in these pictures) and I put her on her belly. It took her a minute but she rolled over about 4 or 5 times. I got it on our camcorder but not on anything that I can put on Blogger. So I will keep trying to get it on here. It's amazing though how fast she is growing. I love her tons.

Flowers!!!

Isn't it amazing what flowers can do for your day? especially when it's not a holiday and expected!!


Last night me and Zach had a mommy/daddy talk and it was quite stressful and long. We got everything worked out and figured out and went to bed EXTREMELY tired. This morning I woke up and my mom called to invite me to go to Brigham with her. I hurry and threw in a pony tail and a frumpy outfit and left. I was gone for about 2 hours and when I came back Zach had the baby asleep in his arms. He asked me to go upstairs and grab his wallet on the bathroom counter. I got in the bathroom, there was no wallet. There were Flowers and my favorite chocolate. I have such a good husband and daughter (they were from both of them).

Jade Dressing Brooklyn

On Sunday after we got home from Salt Lake we went over to my mom and dad's house so I could help my mom out with some things. I left Brooklyn in her jammies because she looked so comfortable and I had to show Aunt Rachel her Froggies!!! I was changing her bum and Jade wanted to help so I told her she could dress her after I got done. She thought this was very cool. I sometimes forget that she is old enough to help out with things like this. I also forget that Jamie is old enough to watch my baby. When I was her age I babysat Rachel (age 7) and Jamie (baby). It's weird that they are growing up so fast. It makes me sad that Rach is already graduating, but also happy that she is graduating :) anyways... here are the pics of Jade and Brooklyn...

Funny Faces

I just love how Brooklyn makes silly little faces. I've been trying to catch her making just any face. She is quite funny. These are just a few of my favorites lately. (They might be a little fuzzy... they're from my phone).

February 10, 2008 and WII

Last weekend we were in Salt Lake visiting family and we went to visit the Bargers. We had a blast!!! We weren't able to stay very long but it was a blast. We tried out the Wii and man is it addicting. I think we will be getting one sooner or later. It's a game system that I wouldn't mind having because it isn't lazy, it's actually a work out.

This Is Devin, Tyler, and Brooklyn. (these are Zach's cousins) I was quite surprised when they wanted to hold Brooklyn, but they were so good with her. I think they would take a baby sister if it were possible :) Look how cute they are with her.

Happy Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day!!!

I am not the biggest fan of valentine's day but it does make me think of how lucky I am to have Zach he is so....

Funny.
He has such a great sense of humor and is always making me laugh at the dumbest things.

Silly.
He not only has a sense of humor he is silly. He often times reminds me of how innocent little children are. He is always doing little things like this to remind me not to be so serious all of the time.

Sleep deprived.
This guy can't miss out on anything. He loves to be there for everyone during any time of need. He loves to keep going. He will stay up all night just so he doesn't miss out on something that Brooklyn does or I want to talk about. So he misses out on a lot of sleep.

Athletic.
I know that hunting isn't necessarily athletic but he is. He loves any physical challenge. He loves basketball, football, hunting, jogging, and working out. Because he is so active it makes me be (sometimes) and I love that, it keeps me in shape.


Family Oriented.
Zach is always wanting to be with family. He loves all his family and mine too. He is so good to check up on his family and always wants to visit when we are able. He has also been really good about fitting into my family. He tries so hard. I love him for loving my family almost as much as his own.

Handsome.
He is just so darn Handsome. I love when he gets all dressed up for special occasions. I also love when he wakes up in the morning with nothin on but basketball shorts. He can pull any look off. He is so SEXY!!

Good to Brooklyn.
He is such an amazing Dad. I never thought he would understand or want to be such a big part of Brooklyn's life. He has caught on to the Daddy thing so fast and well. He even changes dirty diapers;)

Happy.
Zach very rarely complains (usually only about my cooking). He always keeps a smile on his face regardless of the situation.


Strong.
Not just physically but in so many more ways. He is so strong. The love of my life.
I love Zach to pieces for everything he has taught me and has yet to teach me. He is such a great Husband and Daddy.

Piggy Tails

This past weekend we got some elastics so we could try to do piggy tails, and it worked!!! She looks so grown up with them in! Love it!!!!

Bring on the Camo!!!

Don't you just love this outfit? After I got her out of the tub tonight I wanted her in her jammies, but I didn't do laundry today and couldn't find a whole lot in her jammie drawer. I did however find her camo pants. I put them on her and she looked so cute. She will be ready to go hunting as soon as this yucky snow quits!

So speaking of laundry, does anyone have an idea on how to cut back on doing so much laundry?
I feel like every day I have off (5 days a week) I am doing laundry all day. I guess I could try taking some of Zach's clothes away, that might help.

Tongue Smile

I know this isn't the best quality picture but I had to share. She has found her tongue. She loves sticking it out and smiling. She is also learning how to do spit bubbles. It's funny how when they are babies we encourage them to stick out their tongues but when they get older it's a bad thing. I guess it's the context behind it though huh? Anyways, love her to pieces!

Toys

So we are slowly figuring out little things to help entertain Brooklyn. She is starting to love toys. The other day when we visited Grandma De she pulled out some pretty cool toys. Some made noise some had lights, etc.
