    • Die M1 (Magistrale Nr. 1) ist eine Fernstraße in Belarus. Sie ist Teil der Europastraße 30, der Europastraße 85 und die bedeutendste Straßenverbindung von Belarus, da sie den Westen Europas über Belarus mit der russischen Hauptstadt Moskau verbindet. Die M1 führt von der polnischen Grenze aus vorbei an Brest, Baranawitschy, Minsk und Baryssau bis zur russischen Grenze bei Orscha. Sie folgt hier der Hauptverkehrsachse des Landes (parallel zur Eisenbahnstrecke Warschau-Minsk-Moskau). Die Strecke ist zwischen Kobryn (M10) und Orscha (ca. 505 km) als autobahnähnliche Schnellstraße ausgebaut und klassifiziert. Die M1 ist auch Teil der MKAD-2 (Zweiter Minsker Autobahnring) zwischen der M14 und der M2.

    Maut

    Seit dem 1. August 2013 ist die gesamte M1 von der polnischen Grenze bei Brest bis zur russischen Grenze bei Orscha mautpflichtig. Die Maut muss von allen Fahrzeugen mit einem technisch zulässigen Gesamtgewicht von mehr als 3,5 Tonnen, unabhängig vom Zulassungsland, sowie von Fahrzeugen mit einem technisch zulässigen Gesamtgewicht von höchstens 3,5 Tonnen, die außerhalb der Eurasischen Wirtschaftsunion angemeldet sind, entrichtet werden. Die Erhebung der Mautgebühren erfolgt über das Free-Flow-Mautsystem. Von der Maut befreit sind alle Fahrzeuge mit einem Gesamtgewicht von höchstens 3,5 Tonnen, die in einem Staat der Eurasischen Wirtschaftsunion zugelassen sind.[1]
