Dante Daniels (born February 15, 2002) is a Canadian professional football tight end for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League (CFL). Daniels played college football for the Butler Grizzlies and the NC State Wolfpack.

College career

Daniels played college football for the Butler Grizzlies from 2021 to 2023 and the NC State Wolfpack from 2024 to 2025.[1][2] He redshirted his first year and then played in three contests the following season.[3] In 2023, Daniels role increased, catching nine passes for 133 yards and a touchdown.[1] He entered the transfer portal and committed to NC State on December 10, 2023.[4]

Daniels was initially used as a blocker but was used more for receiving as the season went on. He caught his first Division I touchdown on the road against the North Carolina Tar Heels.[5] In his final season, Daniels made seven catches for 74 yards and a touchdown.[6]

Daniels was selected with the tenth pick in the second round of the 2026 CFL draft by the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.[8] He was officially signed on April 30, 2026.[9]
