[Regression] Changing video in player uncontrollably changes video back and forth several times #13072

0.28.1

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Install app
2. Open any video (it will start autoplay due to default settings)
3. Click any other video from suggested (it will also auto play)
4. Look at title of the video while it loads

Expected behavior

It just changes to selected video

Actual behavior

It changes to selected video, changes back, changes to random video, changes again, changes to selected video and stops on correct
