Summary

Steps to reproduce (before)

1. Increase the User interface size preference to something like 125% and restart Anki.
2. Go to the Deck Options screen, enable FSRS, and open the date picker of the Ignore cards reviewed before option and notice it grows indefinitely like in the GIF attached to the issue.
3. Create a note with a <select> element and confirm the same issue:
