feat(apps-menu): add an Uninstall entry to the app context menu - #1859

Right-click > Uninstall opens Settings > Apps > Installed apps (ms-settings:appsfeatures), the same thing the native start menu does for desktop apps. Uninstalling happens in Windows' own flow, so Seelen never removes anything by itself. Closes eythaann#1412 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Closes #1412
Change
Right-click an app in the start menu > Uninstall opens Settings > Apps > Installed apps (
ms-settings:appsfeatures). This is what the native start menu does for desktop apps. The uninstall itself runs through Windows' own flow, so Seelen never removes anything on its own.uninstallitem ingetItemContextMenu, after "Run as Administrator" (iconFaRegTrashAlt). It is only shown for apps (umid, or a.exe/.lnkpath), not for files found by the search. Why this approach
This is the conservative version. A fuller one is possible if you prefer it: for packaged (MSIX/Store) apps, uninstall directly after a confirmation, as the native start menu does. It would use
PackageManager::RemovePackageAsync, which is already used inmodules/start. Desktop apps would still open Settings, since their uninstallers are third-party programs. I left it out because it is destructive and the only way to test it is to uninstall a real app. Happy to implement it if you or anyone else prefers that behavior.Testing
Tested in a dev build on Windows 11 26200: right-click Steam > Uninstall. The start menu closes and Settings opens on "Installed apps".
Follow-up commit 9a7717c (review), tested live: a searched
.pnghas no Uninstall entry, and Steam still has it.CI is green on the fork.
