[i18n-ko] Translating smolagents docs to Korean #1607

Hello team 👋
We're opening this issue because we’d like to translate the smolagents documentation into Korean.
We’re the team that translated the Transformers and Hub documentation into Korean. Since smolagents is also gaining popularity in Korea, we’d love to provide a Korean version of its documentation as well 😊
