[mypyc] Fix ownership of borrowed generator op result spills - #21986

Generator spill stores are inserted after reference count handling and steal their sources. A borrowed result therefore supplied no owned reference for the frame slot, allowing frame cleanup to decref objects such as static literals without a matching incref. I used coding agent assist.
