fix: highlight method names containing periods in the server log - #3062

Method names like "textDocument/clangd.fileStatus" were only highlighted up to the period, and requests with such names were not highlighted at all. Also allow "_" and "-" which are used in custom method names. Assisted-By: Claude Code:claude-opus-5-5

The
methodpattern in the server log syntax only allowed alphanumerics,/,$and#, so method names containing a period, like clangd'stextDocument/clangd.fileStatus, were only highlighted up to the period (textDocument/clangd). Requests with such names were not highlighted at all since the pattern for requests expects the(id)part to follow the method name directly.Also allow
