The client-side handling of the VS Code editor.action.showReferences command assumed its third argument was a list of Locations: with several results it sorted them by location['uri'] and location['range'], which raises a KeyError for LocationLinks. Opening a single result and the LocationPicker already accept both types, so only the sort key needed to change. It now goes through get_uri_and_range_from_location, and uses TextPosition in place of the deprecated Point.

This lets plugins hand any definition-like response to editor.action.showReferences without converting it first. For example, sublimelsp/LSP-tsgo#15 sends tsgo's source definition result there.
