#1733 renamed lsp_restart_client to lsp_restart_server and updated Default.sublime-commands, but the Tools > LSP > Restart Servers entry in Main.sublime-menu still runs lsp_restart_client, which no command class defines any more. This points it at lsp_restart_server.

Found by checking every lsp_* command named in the menus, keymap, command palette and docs against the command classes; this was the only one with no class behind it. Written by Claude Code under my account; not tested inside Sublime Text.

sublimelsp#1733 renamed lsp_restart_client to lsp_restart_server and updated the
command palette, but Tools > LSP > Restart Servers still runs the old
name, which no longer exists.
