abort-after-stop.htm test is wrong #6942

It fails in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.

The test asserts that we get an abort event after window.stop(). However, window.stop() will end up in https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/browsing-the-web.html#abort-a-document:

Cancel any instances of the fetch algorithm in the context of this Document, discarding any tasks queued for them, and discarding any further data received from the network for them.

It should assert the opposite, in fact.
