That's quite the unintuitive path if you're looking for stuff about the Steam Link apps for Android, iOS, etc.
Especially with other options like "Steam Remote Play" and "Steam Mobile" in the mix.

I suppose the solution would be moving all the Steam Link app stuff into the "Steam Remote Play" group and renaming this app to "Steam Link (2015)."

Considering how many people post in this topic about steam link apps (not hardware) I think it could probably be separated out better.

Your idea is probably the way to go although I would just go with "Steam Link Hardware" with a pinned thread directing users to the remote play forums if they have an App query.

Yeah, including "Hardware" or something to that effect is probably a good idea.
My suggestion was following the pattern of the "Steam Controller (2015)" rename

I suspect most users may not even be aware "Steam Link" was originally the name of a hardware appliance.
