After a very bad experience with the Steam Link app on Google TV Streamer (4K), I decided to dust off my old Steam Link device from Valve and try my luck.

Leaving aside some issues such as random disconnections from Bluetooth devices and its obsession with indicating that it cannot search for updates on the Internet despite being connected via Ethernet (I'm not worried about this because I'm on the latest stable build), the truth is that it works reasonably well and the latency is exceptional, even if I have to sacrifice resolutions above 1080p.

However, there is something that is driving me crazy. Sometimes when I finish my gaming session on the server and exit to the Steam Link interface using the “Stop Streaming...” option, the device gets stuck on a black screen where it doesn't respond to anything, and I have to disconnect the power cable and reconnect it. This is very inconvenient because the device is quite hidden in the lower cabinet of my TV.

I've been using it daily for a week and it has happened to me at least three times. It could be related to long gaming sessions, but I haven't been able to draw any conclusions yet.

Has anyone else experienced something similar and can help me out?
