Background: Updated my desktop computer from Windows 10 to Windows 11, suddenly my latency goes from sub-5ms to 123 ms with massive drops. My wireless laptop continues to have sub-5ms latency and works fine. So I know the desktop computer can work just fine, but after the upgrade to Windows 11, it's not. Tried everything I found on the forums here, none of it worked.

So after a couple of months of not figuring stuff out and trying just about everything, I found the fix to my issues: Windows 11 had defaulted my desktop computer to Balanced Power Mode. Once I switched to Best Performance Power Mode, it works exactly like before.
