Low latency mode causes stutter on apple tv
If i use low latency mode from my steam deck connected to steam link on my apple tv (newest version) it stutters once every second rhythmically. Ive tried every other setting on the steam deck i can find its simply this option. If i turn it off it goes away, but theres considerable input lag. Ive tried other devices this only happens on apple tv. Does anyone know how to fix this?

is the tv using wired or wifi?

Ive tried multiple resolutions and hz, wifi. Other devices on the same wifi work fine

try the connection test before connecting to the host to see what speed its good for and set the host to use that

Anyone find a fix or setting? Same issue where it runs poorly on Apple tv. Old Steam Link box works fine and smooth.

are you trying to stream 4k?
tvs do not have gigabit lan ports, only 'fast' 100mb/s
which is not enough bandwidth for 4k
you can try wifi, but ymmv depending on the router

in link app settings try reducing the display to 1080p
depending on the app
link app -> settings/gear -> streaming -> customize -> res limit = 1080p

also try the apple tv subforum
